Tabraiz Shamsi: "[300th T20 match] It's a nice achievement and a good landmark to reach. I wasn't even aware of it until the guys presented me with a shirt in the changing room. It feels good to put in a decent performance for the team, and I think their total is still a little bit under par. [The Shoelace Technique] There's a lot of practice that goes into it. I have to time myself with a stopwatch because over-rates are a big thing nowadays. So, I stand in front of the mirror and time myself. We are on a newer surface, so the ball is coming onto the bat a bit better. There's always a wind factor here, so as a bowler, you always have to have your wits about you and be mentally strong. If you get hit for a six at this ground, you just have to leave it out of your mind and focus on the next ball. This is a good wicket. We just have to utilize the wind more, like we did in the last game. Once you have a good Powerplay, it sets you up nicely for the back end and leaves a lot more room for the guys coming in afterwards. [On the Home Crowd] It's always nice playing in Saint Lucia. This is my first time being part of the home team; they're normally against me, so it's nice to have them cheering for us."
8:45 pm The Patriots began cautiously, but Fletcher quickly shifted gears, smashing six consecutive boundaries in the Powerplay to set the tone. The opening partnership of 47 runs in 5.3 overs laid a strong foundation before Fletcher, after scoring 37 runs off 24 balls, miscued a slog shot against Shamsi. Following Fletcher's departure, the boundaries and runs dried up. While Rizwan showed some intent, Mayers struggled and dot balls began to pile up. However, the momentum swung back in the 14th over when Rizwan took 22 runs off Oshane Thomas, who continued his miserable bowling spell from the last match. Rizwan went on to score a well-deserved 50, remaining unbeaten on 60 runs. Holder then played a quick-fire cameo at the death, helping his team score an incredible 59 runs in the last five overs. The Kings' bowlers also gave away too many extras. The spinners were brilliant on this pitch, with Shamsi bagging two wickets in his 300th T20 match and Chase picking up the other.

Change of bat for Holder. Can Gaston finish it off with another yorker?
