So, knowing that we lost Evin, it was just for me to bat as deep as possible and see if I could get the team to a reasonable total. [Warner Park] The Boundary is short. 9:10 pm After a brief rain delay, the match began without losing any overs. The Patriots started well as the Warriors' bowlers struggled with their line and length on the wet surface. However, things took a turn in the second over when Evin Lewis had to retire hurt after injuring his wrist while playing a pull shot. Andre Fletcher continued his aggressive start, reaching his fifty in just 33 balls. But in the middle overs, the Warriors' bowlers tightened up, making it difficult for the batters to hit boundaries. Goolie was the next-highest scorer with 20 runs, but no other batter could build a solid partnership or rotate the strike effectively. While it initially looked like the Patriots were heading for a big score, the bowlers made a strong comeback. Pretorius was the highest wicket taker, taking three wickets, with Tahir adding two more.
