8:33pm So, the Kings have stuttered and stumbled their way to 125, the joint-lowest score in CPL Eliminator games. They never really got going, only mustering 30 in the powerplay (which was their lowest powerplay tally this season, by the way). The Kings also kept losing wickets, with Chase the only batter to bat more than 20 balls. Their decision-making also left plenty to be desired. Even as wickets fell, Raza was camped in the dugout and by the time he walked out, the Kings were already five down and playing catch-up.

The Tallawahs, on the other hand, could not have been more pleased with how the innings went. Despite losing Amir in the first over to a hamstring injury, they coped nicely, with their spinners doing the bulk of the damage. Allen was the pick of the bowlers, scalping Chase and Raza in the same over, before popping up with two more wickets later in the innings. The rest, including Green and Imad, did their job and they have now set this game up beautifully for their batters. Do join us in a bit for the run-chase!

Fabian Allen: (On how he is feeling) Feels good to contribute to the team. Special occasion. (On bowling more overs) We discussed in the team room that whenever the skipper would call on me, I wanted to step up. Unfortunate we lost him (Amir) but glad we cam up with a good performance. (On what gives him an edge in big games) In a big game, I tend to show up. I love the energy and I keep going. (On the score) It is a small total but anything can happen.

Allen to Primus, OUT, Allen has four, and the dance move is back! Not sure what to call it so let's get back to the cricket. This is given just a hint of air on a length on off stump. The ball grips, holds a little and Primus, looking to smash it into next week, is early into the stroke. Beats the bat by some distance before flattening off stump!

Allen to Forde, OUT, huge appeal, and that looks stone-dead! Full and slanted into off stump. Forde gets down on one knee and swipes across the line. Gets pinned on the pads and the umpire has no hesitation in raising his finger. Forde is happy to walk back before his partner convinces him to go for the review because, well, why not. The ball had a fair distance to travel but it did not bounce much or turn much. No bat involved either, and Ball Tracking returns with three reds!
