Another upset this World Cup... nearly! Netherlands threatened to complete a hat-trick, but South Africa held their nerve this time. Miller and Stubbs rescued them in what turned out to be a tricky chase in the end. So South Africa win back-to-back to start this World Cup. And as we sign off from here, you can always switch over to Australia vs England in Barbados! Until then, see you!

Aiden Markram, South Africa captain: "We knew they were always going to up for a scrap. It's a game of cricket ultimately. History before this game was obviously they beat us. It's a mental blockade... We were under pressure again today. Pretty close. If you look at 19 [12] for 4, to squeeze the win out of there is good for the team environment."

Scott Edwards, Netherlands captain: "Extremely close. In a score of 110, an over can change the game. Credit to South Africa - they bowled extremely well - and the way those batted in the end. [It's about] just getting an understanding of how the wicket plays. We pride ourselves on playing good cricket over the last few years. Right until that last six, I felt we were one wicket away. It was a tough wicket to start on."

Time for the presentations

Mahesh: "Experience matters"

David Miller is the Player of the Match: "It was just a good finish in the end. The wicket played better than in the first game. Credit to the Netherlands bowlers - they bowled really well... You need to be able to play the game. They made us difficult for us to score. We have got over the line with our tailenders, so I have faith."

Rafi: "MILLER ends the THRILLER!"

1.52pm South Africa survive a shock. They were 12 for 4 in pursuit of only 104, as the ghosts of Adelaide and Dharamsala now took a seat in the stadium in New York. But they were quickly banished by Miller, who led the charge with a calm 59* from 51 balls, and Stubbs, who pushed and tucked his way to a supporting role with 33 from 37 deliveries. They added 65 and dug South Africa out of trouble, before two late wickets gave Netherlands hope. But that couldn't translate into a victory this time, as South Africa secured their second win in a row in this World Cup.

de Leede to Miller, SIX, crashed over deep square leg! Miller takes South Africa home after Netherlands nearly did it. The South Africa fans breathe a sigh of relief, as does the dugout. A length delivery from de Leede, which angled in at perfect height towards middle and leg. Pulled hard and deep into the stands for six

de Leede to Miller, SIX, thrashed over a straightish fine leg! On the shorter side of a length, and shaping into middle and leg, as Miller swivels full throttle to send this flaying for six

Nelson Joseph: "South Africans are digging their own grave. There was no need for the Jansen shot. The boundary needed was already taken by Miller"

van Beek to Jansen, OUT, bowled him! The roar from van Beek and co signal what this means for Netherlands. It was a length ball all right - and in the zone to attack. The ball landed on off after being angled in, and shaped back in further to hit the middle stump, as Jansen looked hoick across the line but missed. Big blow for South Africa late into the game

van Beek to Jansen, 2 runs, good work by Pringle at deep square leg, as he runs and dives to his right to pull the back. Yup, replays show he did it pretty cleanly. Jansen whipped this length ball behind the wicket, even as it come off the inside half of the bat

de Leede to Jansen, no run, ohh, just short of Edwards trying to rush forward! And Jansen is down on his knees after what seemed like a harsh blow. On the shorter side of a length on middle and leg from de Leede, as Jansen looked to pull, but the ball ballooned up and went behind the wicket after taking an inside edge on to his body

Hassan Naeem: "Miller's wicket is the key!"

de Leede to Jansen, no run, on a good length, and there is good bounce even for someone as tall as Jansen. Dabbed down after getting across

de Leede to Stubbs, OUT, gone, are we in for a late twist?! A well-judged catch by van Beek at deep midwicket, given the ball was in the air for a long time. He kept his eyes on it throughout, and took it in front of his throat. Again Stubbs backed away, and this time de Leede shortened his length to go on a good length. The ball shaped back in, and Stubbs pulled. But the ball travelled only high, and not quite the distance he had hoped for
