Josh Little: Guess there was a bit of tail coming back into the left-handers and tried I to execute it three times in a row. Looking back, I was bowling short, and I should have looked to go full. The rhythm is always up when you are getting wickets. [Chasing the target] I don't see why not, time for another upset in this World Cup.
4.15pm Excellent end to the innings for Ireland, led by Little who claimed just the second T20I hat-trick for Ireland. The innings ebbed and flowed all the way through. The Irish bowlers started off well, restricting Allen and Conway. Allen broke free but was soon dismissed by Mark Adair. Williamson and Conway were tied down but once the latter was dismissed, Williamson opened his shoulders. He played shots all across the turf reaching a solid half-century. There were important contributions from Mitchell and Phillips and at one stage NZ seemed to be reaching 200. But Little's big 19th over where he claimed Williamson, Neesham and Santner off successive balls, meant NZ were kept to 185 for 6. It is still a formidable total and Ireland will have to play out of their skins to achieve it. But they have a chance!
