8.40pm: Time to hear from the captains, starting with Nigar Sultana Joty: "We started very well, one wicket down in the powerplay. Struggled with partnerships [after]. In these conditions we should get more runs. Not being consistent as a batting unit cost us, missing two strike bowlers [as well]. Wanted to see how Rubya went as keeper, sometimes we try things. Bad day for the bowlers. They have been doing well. I think we are better than this. [Sri Lanka next] We have to learn from here, there are a lot of positives for the last two games."
Alyssa Healy: [Start with ball] "Bangladesh [batters] have proven hard to remove, we tried our best. I was probably a bit poor behind the stumps. It is what it is, I managed it as I could. I had a bit to make up with the bat. I enjoy the challenge. Been here a while, we'll reflect and move on. The girls will be right up for it against England. [King?] Made everyone look a bit silly at times, attacked both sides of the bat. Great to see her dominate. [Brown, Wareham in XI] We don't just give people a go. They came out and did a great job, Darcie played her role up front. They did their job and we'll re-assess. [Litchfield] She takes a lot of pressure off me. When it comes off, it's awesome. Hopefully gives us both confidence leading into the back end of the WC. [Eng, SA next] Pride ourselves on professionalism and being clinical in big tournaments. Want to keep foot on the throat."
Righty oh, that's us done for today. Valkerie's report is on its way, and Vishal will have more for you from the ground. Join us again tomorrow, when Sri Lanka will take on South Africa in Colombo. For now, from myself, Ashish and Ranjith, it's good night and good luck. Bye!
8.32pm: Well, we thought Bangladesh might have given themselves a chance, but they were blitzed by a brutal batting display. This was the second-highest target successfully chased by a team none down in women's ODIs. Alyssa Healy confirmed her purple patch by striking a 73-ball hundred, and while there might be some internal discussion about a sloppy showing in the field, the result wasn't in doubt from the moment she and Phoebe Litchfield found their stride
Alana King is Player of the Match: "Really happy with how the ball was coming out. We wanted to be disciplined and I'm glad I played my part. Bit of spin in the last game, that was always going to be key, whether it grips or slides on. Got punished in last game [against India] but wanted to bowl to our strengths. Be relaxed, have the right plans, right fields. Happy with how they're coming out. [Strength of bowling group] If it's not someone's day, someone else will pick up the slack. There's good communication with all of us, and we want the best for each other. [Qualified] Nice when you've got the Q next to your name. Doesn't stop here, look forward to going back to Indore and taking on England and SA."
