Commentator: Srivathsa Vennelaganti

We wrap up the coverage here. Do join us tomorrow for more. Until next time, on behalf of everyone here, signing off from comms. Be well and see you. Bye.

So that's Australia into the semis. The first team to get there. The race for the other 2 with South Africa well set to take the 2nd spot is on and it's between four teams now. This #CWC throws up quality games every day. Tomorrow again it is at Eden Park but a day game between England and New Zealand. Hopefully the rain stays away. Do join for us that. Check out all the reaction and analysis on this platform for this game and others.

We will sign off with a few user comments.

Tasmeem: "Mooney could've easily finished the game off if she weren't waiting for Lanning's hundred, the result was never in doubt. Feeling sorry for Lanning, this is probably the third hundred she missed in last 6-7 games. On a greater note, it's time for both Mithali and Jhulan to retire. They gave do much to the game, but it's time to leave on a relative high than waiting for the hammer to come down."

Sukhanya : "Australia have not merely qualified, they have made a strong statement to other teams. Its their WC to lose!!!! "

Rajeev Kumar : "4 teams are fighting for remaining 2 spots, this India loss has made sure England and Newzealand are still alive "

Shubha : "Mooney just seemed ready to unleash in the Last over. Once Jhulan delivered a length ball, it was all over!!! India have to revisit every inch of their strategy!!! "

Arjun Yadav: "The thing which puts this Australian team ahead of all is their fitness level, their strike rotation and identifying quickly the fielders where they can convert 1s into 2s. Also with the sprinting and fitness level they stop opponents scoring opportunity by atleast 25-30 runs each inings. Considering all this Aus-W goes for toss with an advantage of 40-50 runs. WBBL I think has played a huge role in achieving this. Needs WIPL now for our girls"

Nirban: "4 top order batters with POTM performances in 5 games (one went to the "bowler" Perry) shows just how good this top order is... Being a Haynes fan, would have liked to see her getting another 50 at least."

Srividhya: "I would have loved Meg Lanning get her century here which she truly deserved. She had not only led from the front, but anchored the innings so well in the company of Perry and Mooney later that Aussies could surpass the target with no major hick-ups. What a player!"

Matt: "Ice in the veins from Mooney! Finished it off superbly"

Meg Lanning: They have got a world-class team with some real match-winners, halfway it was just about par. We felt really comfortable with that for it was a ripper of a wicket. To have come away with a win against an excellent team is really great for the group. Something we can improve on, in the field as well we were a little bit fumbly which put us under pressure. It is nice to keep winning and we want to get better every game which is important in tournament play. We will take the win today but we have got to things to work on. Pretty difficult, it's a tricky seeing ground as well. Took a little bit to adjust, we sort of got there in the end. Very unique, the pockets are huge as well, lots of the grounds in New Zealand are, got to adjust as quickly as we can. We knew that we had it under control. Couple of boundaries would break the back of it. Moons [Mooney] came in and took the pressure off me, I got a couple of boundaries. Healy and Haynes got us off to a great start, gave us the platform and we finished it off. Was nice to see Healy do well, you could tell from the first ball she faced today, she was on with the steely look on her face.

Mithali Raj: When you lose you always feel that you are 10-15 runs short. Maybe the way the Australians started, they were ahead and the fielders did not back the bowlers when it was needed. It was one of those days when the bowling unit didn't do well but they have been for the last four-five games. It has do with the girls playing in the leagues in Australia and with that comes a lot of exposure playing with the best players. Experience helps. The batting came good today but the bowling did take a hit. The next two games becomes very important and we would look to do well in all departments. We got ourselves in that position but the next two games is a must-win for us. Thank all the people, the Indians who have come and supported us today. The experience she gets us over the years. Incredible achievement for a fast bowler to play over 200 games. It takes a lot of discipline, she is definitely a role model for many young girls back in India.

Lanning: Personally was nice to contribute, disappointed for the last couple of games, during training felt that I flicked a switch. It was nice to be able to contribute. Was a belter of a wicket, there was no turn, the ball came on nicely and any width given was really hard to defend. The plan was to play pretty straight when on the stumps and go hard when wide. We have very different games, she hits to different areas, she is very calm, keeps everything in control at all times which helps. We feed off each other and it is nice to have someone very experienced and understands things. I do, when the width was there I had to trust my hands a bit which was the plan I had coming into the game. Nice to see a few come off [on her square-driving].

From Sampath our stats guy: 17th successful chase in a row for Australia women in ODIs. This is the longest streak while chasing in ODIs for any team, equaling the streak of India men's team between 2005 and 2006.

Australia are unbeaten and now through to the semi-final. They have registered the highest-ever chase in #CWC history. They were always in control even though it got till the last over. Haynes and Healy put on 121 and though both were dismissed in quick time, Lanning took over. Perry even though unable to rotate the strike regularly stuck with her captain and that partnership eased any nerves. There was a short rain break and after that India took it close but Mooney finished it off with crucial boundaries at the end. On a good batting track and with the unusual Eden Park dimensions, India found it hard to defend. Having said that, the bowling was off-radar often especially to Lanning who peppered the backward point region with her square drives. When two fielders were placed in that region, she got out but by then it was too late. Also the spinners didn't have much of an impact in the middle overs and Australia kept finding the boundaries when they needed to, to be always ahead. Hang on for the presentation.

Goswami to Mooney, FOUR, Mooney finishes it off. As cool as ever. Full and she steps down to loft back over Goswami. Races away to the fence. Disappointed faces in the Indian camp but clinical from Mooney again

Goswami to Mooney, 2 runs, a fumble from Smriti at sweeper and they come back for the second. Pressure played a part. Mooney steps out and drives to the sweeper, one becomes two

Goswami to Mooney, FOUR, Mooney as cool as ever. A step forward, takes the length ball and heaves over mid-wicket, silences the Indian contingent

Meghna Singh to Lanning, OUT, Lanning goes for 97. There's life in the game yet. Lanning walks off angry with herself. Two fielders at backward point, Lanning finds the one squarer, full outside off, she drives and can't keep it down. Vastrakar takes a good catch diving forward. Throws the ball away in celebration
