Ashwini Roopesh: "Eng will be thinking about who is going to bowl leg spin to SA in semis. " -- Well, they can bring in Sarah Glenn...
Deep chimes in with another stat: South Africa have been bowled out twice under 100 while batting first at this World Cup. The last time this happened was in the 2009 edition, when Pakistan suffered a similar fate against England and India.
James : "What a spell from King, WOW! Where does 7/18 rank in ODIs?" -- Fourth-best of all time.
4:38pm Well, that was quick. SA came into this game with a very solid record against leg-spin. But King has ripped that up and blown it to smithereens across seven overs of the highest quality of leg-spin. She got the ball to drift in, she got it to dip, she got it to spin, and she did all of this while keeping the stumps in play. SA simply had no clue and once King got into her work, it was a bit of a procession.
King now has the best-ever figures for an Australian in women's ODIs, and also has the best-ever figures at the Women's World Cup. Which sort of sums up how incredible she was and how this performance will live long in the memory of those who witnessed it. Not a lot to celebrate from a South African point of view. This is the second time they have been bowled out for under 100 at this World Cup, and they will now need to produce something extraordinarily special with the ball if they are to pull this one out of the fire. Join us in a bit for the chase!
In the meantime, here's Suds with his insights from the venue: It is a black-soil pitch alright but a different one from the one on which Australia vs England was played. And in that contest, Alana King bowled from the media box end. Today, King has bowled exclusively from the pavilion end and has wrecked South Africa. There is a bare patch outside the right-handers' leg stump but even without bringing that into play, she has done enough to cast doubts in the middle-order batters' mind.
What will perhaps hurt South Africa more is that most of the dismissals were of the legbreak - and not the googly - and still, the likes of Annerie Dercksen and Masabata Klaas were beaten on the inside edge.

Should Aus put a gully in there?
Right. Plenty of confidence placed into Mlaba's batting abilities by de Klerk. Three balls left in the over
Here's Deep Gadhia, from our stats team, with a stat: Alana King's 6-for is already the best for Australia in World Cups. It is the third-best overall for them as of now. Ellyse Perry (7-22) & Australia's current coach Shelley Nitschke (7-24) are the only ones with better figures.
