The pitch still looks okay. Unless there are rain interruptions or clusters of wickets, England should chase this down comfortably. They will have an eye on scoring quickly if possible to bolster their Net Run Rate. What can Pakistan do to and how will they go about trying to defend a sub-par score to say the least? We'll find out in a few minutes. So stay tuned for the chase.

Here are some comments you can enjoy in the meantime:

Santosh Gautam: "As this Women's WC has been brilliant, let's share what we think is the best 11 of all time in women's ODIs. My all time team: 1.Alyssa Healy(wk) 2.Laura Wolvaart 3.Meg Lanning(c) 4.Ellyse Perry 5.Nat Sciver 6.Dane van Niekerk 7.Marizanne Kapp 8.Katherine Brunt 9.Sophie Ecclestone 10.Shabnim Ismail 11.Anisa Mohammed" This looks like a team of the tournament. But send in yours too.

Joydeep: "Sa and wi match have ended in share each points" Yes

Siobhan: "What is the probability of Pakistan winning this?" Very slim, if not none.

Abdullah : "Dar tried to consolidate? 4 runs in 22 balls?" It's not easy to come in after two run-outs and a wicket off the first ball. England bowled as good as they could have. No extras were given, Amy Jones was brilliant behind the stumps often standing up to not allow free footwork. The field placements were great too. He later comments, "The only way Pakistan is winning this is by locking England's dressing room so that they don't get to the pitch" Yes, that or rain.

Prashant: "Looks like "Adios India!" with WI and SA sharing 1 point each. India will have to defeat SA (who are in red hot form) in their last encounter. As an Indian fan I would mind exiting. Their team selection has been very disappointing." Yes, as Sudarshanan pings, "England and/or India out if they lose their match. Otherwise both will make semis at the cost of WI." Maybe a washout between India and South Africa wouldn't be too bad for India. New Zealand look out as well. Here's the updated Points Table.

Khemlani : "It's almost midnight in Aruba. Have been following this series on Cricinfo and jus found out that SA vs WI has been abandoned which gave WI the 1 pt. they needed. As an Indian fan I feel for our team.Emotionally I want them to beat SA to make the semis but rationally I don't think that's possible So it's going to be Australia SA England WI. It was good while it lasted" We're not there yet. So let's wait and see how it goes.

Katherine Brunt, 8-2-17-3: It's no mystery that I've been struggling recently for form but that's sport in general. I'm just really happy that I turned up and contributed today. It wasn't that I got a few overs and into a rhythm. The run-in was quite wet and the crease was very wet. I tried to adjust a bit and take 5kph off the speed which is always disheartening for a fast bowler but that's what you got to do on the day. It was a really clean bowling performance, we have discussed and worked on doing that since the beginning. Everyone was keen on it and it's worked out. I hope there won't be any problems chasing that down. Pakistan are a good side and can't be underestimated, and we'll do everything we can to chase it down.

4:48 pm: Pakistan's innings just could not get going. Brunt was exceptional. The run-outs made a bad situation worse. Sidra Ameen and Nida Dar tried to consolidate but were tied down, both the batters were removed by Brunt who returned for another spell. Cross and Sciver kept things tight post-powerplay. Spin came in late but was effective, both from Sophie and Knight. England have pretty much bowled Pakistan out the game unless the latter bowl exceptionally well.

Ecclestone to Diana Baig, OUT, Yorker on middle bowls Diana. It was on middle and Diana tried to dig it out but played down the wrong line. It may have kissed the edge of the shoe and it went back to clatter the stumps.
