That's a strong final over for South Africa - 21 runs from it - and it swings things in their favour when Sri Lanka had done so well to claw back the innings. AB de Villiers played serenely on his return, and was threatening something special, and it appeared South Africa would fall short of 160 but Mosehle played a super little innings at the death. "I have a strong base and try to hit the ball late," he says on TV. You'd fancy South Africa to defend this - remember there's no Mathews for Sri Lanka - but it's not out of reach for them. Alan will be with you in a few minutes for the chase.

1
Udana to Mosehle, 1 run, finally gets his yorker in, can only squeeze it to backward point
19.5
2
Udana to Mosehle, 2 runs, dropped, it's a shambles! This is miles into the air as he heaves to the leg side. No one seemed to claim the catch and in the end it was Kulasekara who tried, and made a horrid mess of it

AB who?

19.4
6
Udana to Mosehle, SIX, and another! He's being fed length outside off, he likes it there, frees his arms and sends this straighter over deep cover this time
19.3
6
Udana to Mosehle, SIX, into the stands again! Little gem of an innings...take advantage of some width, drives this over square cover. Impressive power
19.2
0
Udana to Mosehle, no run, round the wicket, swing and a miss at a length ball...he'll be annoyed he didn't connect
19.1
6
Udana to Mosehle, SIX, over the wicket, a slower ball, gets underneath it and with enough bat to clear the straight boundary even though it wasn't off the middle

Udana for the final over. Can he keep South Africa under 160?

Uday: "@Dave Exactly. If SL batting line-up wasn't this weak, I would have felt SA are handing the game to the opposition. Par- 180 but with this batting lineup, it should have been 200+"

18.4
1
Gunaratne to Mosehle, 1 run, drags it short, pulled in the air but lands short of deep square...then almost bounces over the fielder! That would have been embarrassing. Mangaed to stick his right hand up in time
18.3

Gunaratne to Mosehle, no run, good comeback from the bowler, 93kph at off stump, can't get any timing
18.2
4
Gunaratne to Mosehle, FOUR, that's a clever shot, gets across his stumps and sweeps from outside off wide of short fine leg...AB would be proud of that

Gunaratne to Mosehle, no run, dot ball as he flashes and misses at a length ball outside off...leg-cutter

17.2
1
Kulasekara to Parnell, 1 run, full at middle and leg, flicked to long-on

Now, who can provide the strong finish for South Africa?

17.1
W
Kulasekara to de Villiers, OUT, he's gone now! With a juggle. Sri Lanka fighting back. A low full toss outside off, tries to place it square through the off side but just picks out point who doesn't well to palm it in the air and hold it at the second attempt

AB de Villiers c Tharanga b Kulasekara 63 (59m 44b 2x4 3x6) SR: 143.18

Apart from the six, Udana did well. Shakya: "Udana's slow bowls are really effective! But seems to loose the lengths"

16.4
W
Udana to Behardien, 1 run, OUT, excellent fielding in the deep...tucks a length delivery from off stump into midwicket. Good return from the deep, bounced in so it skidded to Chandimal, and this will be tight. Chandimal gathers and only has to move inches. Behardien is a foot short

F Behardien run out 6 (11m 6b 0x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

16.3
1
