England are batting again, so no follow-on. Cook has made a signal that seems to say that and the openers have sprinted off. They lead by 394, but clearly what to remove any chance of a run chase late in the game. With a bit of weather around, and Pakistan's brittle batting, it seems an odd decision but Cook clearly thinks differently. Maybe he wants to put more miles into Pakistan's four-man attack.
