England were propped up by a 93-run stand for the eighth wicket, with James Rew's hard-bitten 95 the centre piece of an underpowered effort. From the depths of 47 for 5 and 91 for 7, they might have struggled to post 120, but India made sure things never got away from them, Raj Bawa and Ravi Kumar sharing nine wickets. Right, time for a bit of a break, before PDP is back for the start of the chase

Time for a quick word with Rew: "Obviously it's a shame [not to get hundred] but I'm glad we managed to post a total, at least we've got something to defend. Tough to win from here but we've given ourselves a chance. [Sales partnership] Had to bat for as long as possible, take the innings deep. Looked to rotate and take low-risk options. [Defending] Have to maximise dot balls, not go searching. Bowlers have been excellent. Put pressure on and take a few catches."
