25.3 beautiful inducker to the left-hander! Slanted across from over the wicket, straightening off the pitch, bouncing through Lees' front-foot block and into the top of his stumps 79/3
17.2 good length outside off, extra nip drawing a hard-handed push, takes the edge to prise the first opening 60/1
20.6 round the wicket, and a terrible misjudgement from the becalmed Gay! Thrusts his front pad down the line as the ball curls into his knee-roll, no stroke offered, and his Durham debut ends in a 12-ball duck 69/2
39.2 good lifter on a fourth-stump line, Bedingham is lured into playing and Foakes pockets the catch 134/5
36.3 angled in on a good length, Robinson plays back and pays the price! Thumped in front of all three and up goes the finger 130/4

57.6 bangs in the short ball, de Leede swings into his pull, but that's high on the blade, and it's a simple looping chance to midwicket. Key breakthrough! 204/6
67.6 over the wicket, lovely bowling from Curran, dipping on a full length with a hint of inswing, then nipping away to take the edge. Another one bites the dust 216/7
77.5 short ball, down the leg-side, hoisted round the corner, but straight down the throat of deep backward square 246/8

81.3 Worrall's too good for the rookie. Another trademark inducker to the left-hander, straightening through his gate to take out middle stump 262/9
81.5 inswinging yorker, and that's the end of that. Pinpoint accuracy, right on the toe. Surrey complete phase one of what is turning into a very good day for them 262/9

9.5 Off stump's gone for a walk! Clark, around the wicket, gets the ball to move in through the air, and continue off the pitch. Lees plays for a bit of a straightening, leaving a gap between bat and pad before turning to see just middle and leg standing 18/4
2.4 Nightwatcher lasts just three balls! Durham's second top-order shield goes four balls into the morning, Worrall cutting one through the right-hander off the surface and taking out leg stump! And that's Worrall's 50th Championship wicket of the season! 2/2

36.3 It's that man again! Gay's impressive fightback comes to an end, pinned in front by Worrall from around the wicket. The delivery arrowed into the front pad at the last minute, knocking the left-hander off balance (perhaps anticipating a little more bounce and not as much movement). Durham still trail by 33... 120/7
15.6 Lifter gets Bedingham! What looked an innocuous delivery into a length springs into life off the surface. Bedingham shaped to play it into the off side but ended up flinching back, surprised by the bounce, and feathering through to Ben Foakes. Quality delivery... Durham five down and still trail by 95... 58/5
21.6 Left alone... and bowled! A case of poor judgement from Robinson but excellent bowling from SCurran; arching in from over the wicket, giving the right-hander the impression it's a little too wide, before enough seam off the pitch to collide into the top of off stump! Four wickets to go in Durham's second innings, trailing by 79... 74/6

49.1 A third for Curran! Swinging in, having dragged de Leede across his stumps, and hitting in front at about knee roll height. It's a very confident appeal and a very prompt raising of the finger to end a 39-run stand. Durham lead by six... 159/8
54.5 Lawes gets his first of the innings! A ball after being crashed through the covers, Lawes narrows his line, pulls his length back and gets one across Minto - who hops back and has a feel outside off. Feather of an edge through to Foakes... Durham lead by 23 176/9
55.4 That's all she wrote! Sam Curran ends the innings with the help of Chemar Holder, who leaves an arching delivery and allows his off stump to get take out. The fourth 'bowled' of the innings and SCurran's second leaves Surrey needing 25 to win! But first, tea... 177/9
