Ravi: "Just expanding the comment by Rohan - the four centurians are:Abhishek 141 (88), Ishan 106* (47), Arya 103 (61), and Suryavanshi 101 (38)."
There will be a lot of celebration of Vaibhav Suryavanshi's performance on our site tonight - stats, quotes, analysis, the works. Make sure you soak it all up. RR stay alive with an astonishing victory, their players are all around Suryavanshi on the outfield.
Shubman Gill: "I think they took the game away from us in the powerplay, credit to them for that. We could have done a couple of things better, but it's easy to say those things when sitting out, some chances came out way and we didn't take them. I sat out because I felt a back spasm, didn't want to take a chance. Next match is at Ahmedabad, we've had a good run there. It was Suryavanshi's day, his hitting was tremendous and he made full use of it."
Jaiswal: "Incredible innings, one of the best I have seen. Hope he will do it for us for a long time. I was telling him to just keep going, incredible today. He just played amazing shots, he practises well, works hard in the hits. He has the game and temperament, wish him all the luck. We were talking that somebody needs to stay and finish the game after the last three games, I was there luckily today and tried my best. Our coach says one game at a time and we'll give 100% each game."
We'll have the presentation for you shortly, where we'll hear from the 14-year old force that is Vaibhav Suryavanshi. 35-ball hundred, second fastest in IPL history, youngest T20 centurion ever. After losing five matches in a row, and three of them in chases that they should have won, RR have ended their losing streak with a statement victory.
Riyan Parag at the presentation: It was incredible, we've spent two months with him, we have seen what he can do. but to see him do this against the world class bowlers GT has, can't express in words. We were thinking how we can finish this earlier, bat with real intent, it came off. Big confidence booster, we were searching for this win, now taking it one game at a time."
Vaibhav Suryavanshi is the Player of the Match: It feels really good. It was my first century in the IPL in my third innings. What I've been practicing for the last three-four months, the result is showing. I don't see the ground so much, just focus on the ball. Batting with him gives me confidence because he keeps very positive and giving me advice, so it becomes easy to bat with him. It is like a dream, to score a century in the IPL. No, no fear. [On if bowlers will target him] I'm not thinking about all that, I am just focusing on playing.
I'm going to leave it there. It's been memorable. Until next time, have a good night.
Rohan: "So far, four 100's this IPL - all by Indian batters - all youngsters, two of them are playing IPL for first time. Other two are not considered for Indian XI. Unbelievable stuff.."
Sai Sudharsan continues to lead the Orange Cap table, followed by Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav
There have been great batters in cricket history, but none of them have done at 14 what Suryavanshi did on Monday night against a bowling attack boasting 694 international caps
"The physio said [that we] didn't want to take a chance," Shubman Gill says about being off the field during RR's chase
"That would have made a big difference," Sai Sudharsan says about Buttler dropping Yashasvi Jaiswal in the second over
"Saw him maybe four months back when he came for the trials, all of us knew we had found something special," says Vikram Rathour about Vaibhav Suryavanshi
