Andre Russell: "Age is just a number, still feeling like I'm 27. We all know how important this game is and I am happy with the total. [On facing Madhwal after the spinners]. I never worry about a few dot balls here and there but I realized the wicket was getting ab it of risk so I didn't want to take a risk early on against Theekshana. They were bowling good areas so I didn't want to play a risky shot early because I know what I can do in the back end. Hasaranga was bowling in good areas and the slower balls were gripping. The more overs I have, the more I can do."
Uma Shankar : "In two matches, power of Caribbean witnessed, what s power hittingâ€ïž"
Abhilash: "I've seen this one, I've seen an innings like this(last night), it's a classic".
5.10pm KKR's innings for the longest time looked like it was going nowhere. Rahane and Raghuvanshi were batting well, but not quite scoring as quickly as they would have liked. Then, KKR sent Russell up the order. Russell struggled in his first nine balls, scoring just two as the RR spinners tied him down. But then, Russell took off, and when Russell takes off, it's hard to stop him. Two runs off nine deliveries. Then 55 off 16! Rinku Singh also chipped in with a little 6-ball 19!
