9.10 pm Extraordinary effort from de Kock and Rahul. The highest opening stand in IPL history and the first time in IPL history that a team has batted first and gone through all 20 overs without losing a wicket. Spare a thought for Abhijeet Tomar, who dropped de Kock on 12 in the early overs. Can KKR chase this down? Stay tuned for the start of the chase when my main man Sudarshanan will be back in the central commentary position.

LSG coach Andy Flower: "It's a hell of a score. They batted beautifully. We've been seeing some special batting from both of them this season. Again, that was brilliant to watch. They're both beautiful players to watch. At the end of the 18th over, we sent a message on saying, 'If you guys are too tired to hit the ball hard, you can retire and we'll send some of our big hitters in.' All of them, from sort of 1 to 9 can hit the ball hard like that, but that one boundary is a big boundary. So Quinton hitting balls like that, who is not renowned for his big hitting actually, that will have given hi a lot of satisfaction. [On the message he'll give his bowlers defending this.] One thing is for sure, if you ever get complacent in this game, it comes and bites you on the ass. So that is one message that we'll put out there. But I think if we do the basics really well, we'll be in a good position."
