Manu Ajmani: "Let's take a second and applaud Axar's spell too! Beautiful tight economical bowling! This guy is turning out to be a real superstar!"

James : "This looks like a defendable total. "

Manu Ajmani: "A real captain's knock from Mayank while seeing wickets fall down at the other end. A respectable total but the type of form DC is in, it has to be a herculean effort from the bowlers. PBKS bowled really well in the last game so hopefully they can make a match out of it! My money is on DC chasing this comfortably!"

Sahil: "The way Punjab's skippers are performing, everyone in the team should be declared Captain"

Chuvi : "How still Mayank's head is while playing shots!!! Wonderful knock filled with proper cricketing shots . Deserved a ton but 99 not out is as good as a ton!!! "

Kane: "Agarwal has scored 59.8 percent of Punjab's runs today..."

9.10pm A strong finish for Punjab Kings then, courtesy of their stand-in captain batting all 20 overs, just like regular captain KL Rahul had in the last game. He's hauled them to a decent total. It looks like batting got better in those last five overs, perhaps because of dew, and it came on nicely to the bat. Or perhaps it was just that DC went fuller. But it was a contrast to the middle overs where everyone, Mayank included, struggled to get the ball off the square. Delhi Capitals would've been proud of how they did in the first 12-14 overs, but this total will make them think. Especially if they lose their high-flying openers early. Punjab have something to defend. Back soon for the chase.

Avesh Khan to Agarwal, FOUR, 99 not out for Mayank as he can't get the elevation of this straight drive. It was in the slot, similar to the last delivery, and he was low in his set up. Drilled it between non-striker and the stumps

A six gets him to hundred and PBKS to 168...
