9.29pm RR have taken almost two hours to complete the first innings. The Punjab Kings will be the happier of the two sides at this point, having racked up 221 for 6 on the back of Rahul's 91 and Hooda's 64. Hooda had a point to prove after he was suspended by Baroda during the Indian domestic season for 'indiscipline'. He was pushed up to No.4, ahead of Pooran, and made the most of his opportunity, shellacking 64 off 28 balls. Having said that, with the dew setting in, it's always difficult to defend a total at the Wankhede. RR have the likes of Buttler and Stokes in their line-up. Will they open together? Be back shortly for the chase.

Sreejith: "Only positive from this innings for RR was Sakariya. Otherwise usual RR story. Seems they should look at Mayank or Cariappa in place of Gopal."

Rahul Sargam: "What a great debut for Chetan Sakariya 3 wickets and conceded only 31 runs on a flat wicket. Hard work paid off. Lat year Natrajan impressed us, is this Sakariya's year? "

Sakariya to Richardson, OUT, Fine finish from Sakariya on debut. Back-of-the-hand slower variation once again, full and outside off. Richardson can't quite get underneath it and lift it over long-off. Ends up carving it to Morris who takes it on front of the RR dug out
