Jayant Yadav: [Dhawan wicket] felt great. That was the match-up we were specifically looking for. There were a lot of left-handers and I played against them initially. The management backed me to the hilt and gave me this opportunity to perform on the grand stage. The pitch is on the slower side. The outfield is not damp.

The IPL may be getting over, but another premier Indian league is just ten days away from starting up. With the drama of the Kolkata maidan, the financial power of the City Football Group, and bio-secure bubbles added to an equation that was already combustible, ISL 2020-21 promises to be a cracker . Who's your pick to be crowned champions of India?

SagarK: "Will Ishan Kishan be able to bat given that he went off the field early in the match? If yes, then which position would that be?" --- He should be able to come in as Mumbai like (if he's fit), because the umpires are sure to deem that an external injury.

chotu: "Last 3 overs 20 runs.. That is some death bowling having well-set batsmen and an explosive finisher at the crease (start of 18th over).."

Paddy: "Against a strong MI line up, this looks a below par score. DC does have bowling firepower, but I reckon the deep line up and relatively lower score means MI will go in as favorites at this stage"

Karthik G: "First 5 overs 35/3 Last 5 overs 38/3 This is where DC lost the momentum. As dew won't affect this chase much DC should put pressure on MI from ball 1. Taking wickets is the only way to win. If this chase goes for 20 overs DC would end up runners up of 2020 IPL"

7:45pm Claps and high-fives all around as Mumbai leave the field. They're happy chasing 157 for a fifth title. Particularly after Rishabh Pant seemed to get in the groove. They picked up his wicket after a rescue act for the fourth wicket between Pant and Iyer had set Delhi up for a score close to 170. And from there, the innings fizzled out. Iyer looked gassed by the end, adding only 26 off his last 24. Delhi managing only 38 for 3 in the last five overs. Could have been a lot worse after 22 for 3 inside the powerplay, but there is bounce for the seamers and grip for the spinners. It is time for one of the stronger bowling attacks to show up. See you soon for the chase.

Bumrah to Iyer, 1 leg bye, big appeal for lbw. Mumbai review it. He's looking to whip a length ball over square leg from outside off. It's a slower one and he's shuffles a long way for this. No bat on it. On-field umpire reckons that's hit him outside off and it stays umpire's call on that.

Boult to Hetmyer, OUT, steered straight to short third. It was a slower short one outside off. He shapes to give that a spank. Is forced to rethink that and try to stab over short third man. There's just no pace on it for him to manage that. Simple catch for the fielder
