That is all from us tonight. This game was a refreshing change to watch: just pure pace to go with some seam and some excellent spin bowling from Ashwin and Axar. Too bad Archer had to finish on the losing side, but Nortje had a better attack to support him. DC are back on top, but they have injury issues. This is a big week for them, If they can come out of it unscathed and have both Pant and Iyer ready towards the end of the tournament, they will be tough to beat. We will know more about Iyer's fitness tomorrow. Thanks for joining us

Anrich Nortje, the Man of the Match: "No idea I bowled at 156ks tonight but good to hear it. Been feeling really good so it is nice to see some results. Jis played them really well. Ja I thought I was a touch full. The first ball I didn't expect him to go. Ja I thought it was best to stick to my strength: trying to hit the stumps and bowl fast. Maybe he was expecting something else, a short ball or something. We have got a good coach, and obviously working with KG and other fast bowlers. Tushar has been nailing the yorkers in the nets."

Shikhar Dhawan: "Shreyas is in a bit of pain. We will know more tomorrow. His shoulder is moving, touch wood. I am glad that we won this game. Coming back into this was a great team effort. Quite enjoyed it. We always believed we had a chance. We knew their batting is not that deep. We knew we could get into them if we got the top order. And we have got experience in the bowling. Now we have got a gun bowler in Anrich. And Tushar bowled smartly too, bowling slower balls, making them hit to the bigger boundary."

Steven Smith: "Disappointing one. Obviously the wicket slowed up a fair but, but we got off to a good start with Jos and Stokesy. Then Sanju and Stokesy got partnership going but we lost too many wickets. On a slow wicket it is difficult to make up runs in the end. We needed to take it deep with set batsmen. Guys kept getting in and kept getting out, and not making 60-odd to see us through. The guys that have the air speed have had the most success. Jofra has been brilliant for us so have Nortje and Rabada for Delhi. We are not in a great position, are we? We have got to quickly move on and come back with a big game in three days time."

What an exceptional defence of a small total after being put under the pump. Their key payers are dropping down with injuries, but their bowling continues to be too hot to handle. Nortje must have bowled at least seven-eight balls over 150ks tonight. There was two over 155ks in a row. One was ramped by Buttler for four, the next one castled him. RR always looked ahead of the curve, but played like a side not in a habit of winning. And this DC side is extremely good against sides that are not sure what they are doing out there. This was a livewire through and through. You could burn your fingers.

Rabada pumped at the top. Nortje ramped. Nortke strikes back. Ashwin takes a wicket in PP. Samson seems to unsettle Axar Patel. Patel comes back to outsmart him. Uthappa runs Parag out. Uthappa keeps them going. Then Ashwin bowls an excellent 16th over. And then Nortje and Rabada kill it off

Deshpande to Tewatia, 1 run, there won't we a tie. Full ball, Tewatia looks to hit this to leg, and skies vertically. Deshpande is ambling towards the catch and runs into Gopal. Misses on a wicket but he has sealed the game

Three sixes to tie

Deshpande to Tewatia, no run, low full toss, nearly a yorker. Dug out. Can't do much better

Need to hit three sixes now. In four balls

Deshpande to Tewatia, 1 run, this is awful cricket from Shreyas Gopal. Deshpande bowls slow, and he bowls wide, and Tewatia goes after it. This is a mis-hit but it is travelling, and Rahane catches it running back but he knows he is not going to be able to stay in so he throws it back in. Tewatia is absolutely filthy with Gopal for not running back

Deshpande will hate to bowl a no-ball here

Deshpande to Tewatia, 1 wide, slower ball, full and wide, Tewatia stands his ground and takes the wide

What two overs from this South African pace duo. Too hot to handle. Now Tewatia needs to get 22 off the last over. Much as he would love to do it against his former team, it doesn't happen every night. Tewatia has to, has to, hit the first ball for a six

18.5
1
Rabada to Gopal, 1 run, yorker to Gopal. Just the single to mid-off

Rabada is doing it both: he has got a wicket, and will most likely leave Tewatia about 20 to get off the last over

Rabada to Archer, OUT, Rabada has delivered what Dhawan asked for. This is nearly a yorker. Quick one. And even though it is not a yorker, there is still not enough room to get under. All he manages to do is scoop it out to point

Rabada to Tewatia, 1 run, makes room, Rabada goes for the off stumps. Tewatia gets bat to this low full toss for a single to long-off

Dhawan is going for the aggressive option. He is asking Rabada to bowl the 19th. Maybe get a wicket or leave Dehspande/Stoinis more than 15-16 to defend

Nortje to Tewatia, 1 run, low full toss, signs off with another 151.6ks delivery, pushed wide of mid-off but not wide enough to get more than one

Two a ball. RR must be panicky, but they need to be calm and aim at the non-Rabada over

Nortje to Tewatia, no run, slower offcutter outside off, Tewatia looks for the sweep and is beaten

HarryFD: "It's rare that advancing to a 150kph bowler will work surely? "

Third man up. Mid-off up. Also a wide third man back

1
Nortje to Archer, 1 run, he gets length, but it gets big on him as he swings. The mis-hit brings him one to long-on

In comes Archer. Will he get the length ball to try his golf swing that has brought him many a six?

W
Nortje to Uthappa, OUT, lovely bowling. A yorker at the base of middle and leg stump at 149.7ks. After trying the ramp, Uthappa charges at Nortje, and he spears in this massive yorker. This is just too good for Uthappa

Nortje to Tewatia, 1 run, Nortje goes for a length ball, Tewatia swipes across it, gets a massive top edge towards third man. Rabada is kept fine there but he can't get to it. And for the second time tonight, he recovers well after having been done in by the spin

Mid-off is up. Expect a quick bouncer

Nortje to Uthappa, 1 bye, he tries the ramp like Buttler did earlier, but Nortje bowls the slower offcutter at 128ks. They take the bye as the ball bounces in front of Carey and he can't make a clean connection

Nortje to bowl out. It is getting up to nearly 10 an over now. Do they wait and attack the third bowler? Do they look to use Nortje's pace?

Rabada to Tewatia, FOUR, that will ease some nerves. Cheeky, and perfectly executed. Rabada continues with the plan of bowling short and at the body of his former DC team-mate. This time he arches his back and ramps him over the wicketkeeper's head
