5.54pm Simple equation: Mumbai Indians need 175 to enter the playoffs. If they do, this will automatically eliminate Rajasthan Royals and reduce the upcoming game in Pune between Kings XI and CSK to a dead rubber. Join Nikhil Kalro in five minutes for the second half.

Who do Daredevils have to thank for this? None other than Rishabh Pant, who played yet another blinder. Lacked support at the top, but they somehow managed to get the end-overs flourish thanks to a mix of Vijay Shankar finding his timing and Mumbai Indians losing their lengths and bowling into the hitting arcs.

The pressure of a chase in a must-win can do different things, but I have no doubt Mumbai Indians will take this. Remains to be seen how serious Rohit's shoulder niggle is and if it will affect their batting order.

Daredevils got 10 less against CSK two nights ago, and yet managed to defend in style courtesy their legbreak bowlers - Amit Mishra and Sandeep Lamichhane. Can they rise to the occasion again? Kevin Pietersen says "I'm worried for Mumbai" because he feels this is a difficult surface to chase 175.

Bumrah to Shankar, 1 run, high full toss, was it above the waist? He's thumped this to Rohit, who hurts his left shoulder in trying to attempt the catch. He's not wincing in pain but is in some discomfort. The physio attends to him immediately. Another drop

Mustafizur Rahman to Abhishek Sharma, SIX, that is sensational from the Under-19 boy! This is too short, he lines himself up properly and muscles this pull into the second tier. He's all of 17 but the shape and his timing is just magnificent. Crisp, clean strike against one of the better death bowlers.
