- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR0.5 Crawley falls early! Hard length outside off, and this seems to stand up a touch. Crawley looks for the short-arm jab over wide mid on but ends up shanking it. Lobs up and Sutherland completes the easiest of catches at mid off. Just the start the Renegades would have wanted! 2/11.3 cleans him up with a corker! Full on off stump and this one seems destined to come in. Until...it does not. Swerves away very, very late, might have been deviation off the surface too. Connolly plays down the wrong line and hears the death rattle soon after. Scorchers two down very early! 4/216.5 Zampa gets Hardie, huge moment! Slows it up ever so slightly and dangles the carrot on a fullish length at the stumps. Hardie cannot resist the temptation and swings hard at it. Hardie is a bit early into his stroke, though, and it spoons up off the outer half of the bat. Sutherland rushes in from long on and does the rest! 157/414.1 soft dismissal! Off-pace on a back of a length outside off. Inglis gets into position for the scoop early but then has to wait an eternity because the knuckle-ball just does not arrive. Richardson telegraphs it at short fine leg too, steps back and gobbles up a simple chance. A tone-setting innings but he will be gutted at having gotten out at this stage! 124/318.3 holes out to deep mid wicket! Half-tracker on leg stump and Evans' eyes light up. He gives it the lot and makes decent connection. He is hitting to the long deep mid wicket boundary, though, and just does not have enough juice behind it to clear the fence. The Renegades have come storming back into this contest in the last few overs! 160/617.2 Hobson bites the dust; Rogers has three! Hard length on leg stump, cramping the batter for room. Hobson tries to swipe it away anyway and holes out to deep backward square leg. Two wickets in quick succession for the Renegades! 158/518.5 picks out deep mid wicket! Another shortish delivery on middle and off. Agar sits back deep in his crease and swipes at it. Like Evans, he makes decent contact but cannot clear the sweeper on the fence, who takes it reverse-cupper above his head! 161/719.1 Kane gets Jhye! Full and wide outside off. Jhye aims for the moon but loses his shape completely. Shanks it terribly and offers the tamest of catches to mid off. A team hat-trick for the Renegades, and it has gone horribly pear-shaped for the Scorchers! 161/918.6 three in the over for Sutherland! Rolls his fingers over it and bangs it into the track outside off. Tye swings hard at it but does not get on top of the bounce. Ends up slicing it and Clarke, stationed at extra cover, was never going to put that one down! 161/819.4 a run-out to end it all, perhaps sums it up! Hard length on middle and off. Nips back and tucks up Behrendorff, who is awfully late on the stroke. Splices it in the general direction of the bowler, and Morris decides to sneak in a single. Richardson collects, takes aim and smashes down the stumps at the batter's end with Morris at least a yard short! 162/10Extras12 (lb 2, w 10)TOTAL162 all out (19.4 Overs, RR: 8.23)Fall of wickets: 1-2 (Zak Crawley, 0.5 ov), 2-4 (Cooper Connolly, 1.3 ov), 3-124 (Josh Inglis, 14.1 ov), 4-157 (Aaron Hardie, 16.5 ov), 5-158 (Nick Hobson, 17.2 ov), 6-160 (Laurie Evans, 18.3 ov), 7-161 (Ashton Agar, 18.5 ov), 8-161 (Andrew Tye, 18.6 ov), 9-161 (Jhye Richardson, 19.1 ov), 10-162 (Lance Morris, 19.4 ov)

- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR4.2 taken this time! Morris has broken this game open! Hard length on middle and off, and this climbs into de Kock. He is cramped for room too and completely splices his pull. Deep mid wicket runs in and takes a regulation catch. The Scorchers are pumped, and this is a massive moment in the game! 26/113.3 straight up, and Richardson gets the breakthrough the Scorchers were after! Full and slanting into middle and leg. Clarke backs away, trying to smack it over the bowler's head. Comes right off the toe-end, though, and he only gets the elevation, not the distance. Hardie settles himself at mid on and does the rest! 110/35.6 Tye is celebrating, has he gotten something to it?! Full on middle and off. Clarke backs away and smashes it into the stumps at the other end. Tye flings out his right boot and when he gets off the deck, he is up celebrating. JFM was out of his crease, of that there is little doubt. But the question is whether the ball has scraped Tye's boot or not. The third umpire has multiple looks at it, and there seems to be the slightest of deflections too. Concludes that the ball has hit some part of the right boot, and JFM has to walk back! What a way to get out! 35/216.4 edged and taken! Morris takes out Marsh! Another cutter, testing out the middle of the track. This is outside off and Marsh tries to crash it over extra cover. Too early into the stroke, though, and all he does is feather it through to Inglis, who bends low to his left and completes the catch! 128/417.4 taken on the fence this time! Slow and into the track again, not giving the batter any pace to work with. Maddinson winds up and gets it somewhere close to the middle of the bat. The problem, though, is that the deep sqare leg boundary is quite big and Evans, running to his right, gobbles it up! 132/519.2 straight down deep backward square leg's throat! Half-tracker on leg stump, and this ought to have travelled. Wells gets a good chunk of it too but picks out the sweeper to absolute perfection. A vital, vital wicket, and that could be that, as far as this run-chase is concerned! 148/718.5 Sutherland has been run out, oh my! Another exceptional yorker on middle and off. Sutherland clinks it towards deep cover point and is hell-bent on coming back for the second. Could be touch-and-go again as the fielder fires it in at the batters end. Inglis does the rest and on this occasion, Sutherland is just inches short of his ground! 142/619.3 straight up, and that is two in two for Tye! Hard length, angling into leg stump. Richardson tries to back away and smoke it over extra cover. Gets cramped for room, though, and splices it up. Tye calls early and does the rest! 148/8Extras6 (lb 4, w 2)TOTAL149/8 (20 Overs, RR: 7.45)Did not bat: Mujeeb Ur RahmanFall of wickets: 1-26 (Quinton de Kock, 4.2 ov), 2-35 (Jake Fraser-McGurk, 5.6 ov), 3-110 (Joe Clarke, 13.3 ov), 4-128 (Shaun Marsh, 16.4 ov), 5-132 (Nic Maddinson, 17.4 ov), 6-142 (Will Sutherland, 18.5 ov), 7-148 (Jonathan Wells, 19.2 ov), 8-148 (Kane Richardson, 19.3 ov)
