- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR5.5 flighted full on fifth stump, slog sweeps this but skies it straight to long-on where Cooper takes a simple catch three yards inside the rope at chest height. 55/110.2 length ball on off stump, Hales with another heave trying to clear deep midwicket but gets this closer to the toe of the bat and picks out his countryman Duckett two yards in from the rope for a casual catch at rib height. 81/215.3 bowled him! Beaten by the flight. That was looped up at only 69kph, and pitched pretty full on leg. Sangha went sweeping after going down on his back knee, getting into his shot really early, perhaps because he didn't expect the bowler to slow it down so much. But the ball pitched on leg and went on to hit middle as Sangha departs 146/318.5 rapped bang in front, and given! Billings was across off a bit too early, as Bazley landed that yorker right on middle and leg. The ball seemed to be angling in, as was perhaps too full for Billings' attempted flick to the on side. An outstanding innings comes to an end, as Bazley strikes 186/516.3 caught at long-on! That was hit fast, flat and furiously, but was taken well by the fielder running forward and sliding down to have it into his palms. Slower delivery from Bartlett, and on a fullish length outside off. Sams got into it with a powerful shot, but found the fielder 156/419.6 much easier catch by Pierson, and Thunder fall short of 200! Short of a length ball outside off, and climbing on to the batter. He made room to try and heave to the off side, but got that off the top edge while trying to fling it away. The ball went right up into the night sky, as the keeper took a few steps to his right to sit under it 196/719.3 excellent take by Pierson! He sticks his left mitt out, and snatches that out of thins air while diving to his left. That is very good reflexes from the keeper. He wasn't distracted by the batter's movements back and across, as Ross finally scooped that fullish ball outside off, but that seemed to have come off the inside half of the bat 195/6Extras16 (lb 6, w 10)TOTAL196/7 (20 Overs, RR: 9.8)Fall of wickets: 1-55 (Matthew Gilkes, 5.5 ov), 2-81 (Alex Hales, 10.2 ov), 3-146 (Jason Sangha, 15.3 ov), 4-156 (Daniel Sams, 16.3 ov), 5-186 (Sam Billings, 18.5 ov), 6-195 (Alex Ross, 19.3 ov), 7-196 (Ben Cutting, 19.6 ov)

- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR0.3 finds mid-off! Goes for the slog again, but that is one shot too many and too early. He hangs deep in the crease to that fullish ball on middle and off, and seemed to be cramped for room while being nearly forced to have a go at that with that line from Mahmood, who gets his first BBL wicket, as Hales takes the catch over his head 4/12.2 run-out at the keeper's end! Oh my, what is really happening here? Mix-up between the batters, and Bryant is gone. It was a full delivery on middle, and angling into his pads, as he clipped to deep square leg. Cooper looked like wanting two, and took off immediately, but looked like Bryant wasn't really sure there. Cooper, meanwhile, ran to the bowler's end, and so Bryant was found short at the other end 15/40.5 chipped to cover-point! Mahmood in the mood early. Fullish ball outside off, and Duckett opens the bat face a little to try and slice that over the off side, but ends up lobbing it right to the man placed on the edge of the circle. Two wickets in the first over, and Heat in trouble 8/22.1 three for Mahmood! Heazlett goes for the pull, but balloons it to the man at square leg, as Sams takes it with a reverse-cup. Mahmood can't stop smiling, as he pitched it short on middle and leg, with a hint of movement into the batter, who pulled from deep in the crease. But he got a top edge, and the rest was done by the fielder 14/37.5 fullish length on the legs, tries to heave this over deep midwicket but doesn't get the elevation slamming it off the toe of the bat flat to Sams charging in from the boundary who takes a very sharp catch lunging forward after covering 15 yards. 59/62.5 Oh no, one more gone! Mahmood has four inside two overs. He has his hands on his head out of a lack of belief there. Good length ball outside off, and Pierson is down on his back knee to try and slog-sweep that behind the wicket. He is across off as well while trying to swing that, but ends up finding fine leg who takes a simple catch. Half the side is back home for Heat 15/58.1 half tracker on the stumps, but Bazley mistimes this trying to clear deep midwicket. McAndrew settles under this 5 yards inside the rope for a simple chest height catch. 60/716.6 and the partnership is finally broken! Short of a length ball outside off, and he looked like trying to swat that away to the on side, but the ball bounced a bit too much for his liking since it was banged in pretty short. The ball took the upper half of the bat to extra cover, where Sangha had to take a few steps behind to complete the grab 139/817.2 and bowled him next ball! Again he makes tries to make room by getting his front leg out of the way, as the ball is short of a length on off, and slides on with the arm. There was no turn there, as it went on straight to clip off stump. Ninth man gone for Heat, and Sangha has his second 143/917.3 shout for leg before, and given! Game over. Mujeeb goes for the reverse-sweep first ball, but the ball is on a fullish length on middle, as he misses it completely, with the ball striking him right in front of the stumps. Looked the umpire raised his finger even before Sangha completed the appeal, and so Thunder win by 53 runs 143/10Extras10 (b 1, lb 1, w 8)TOTAL143 all out (17.3 Overs, RR: 8.17)Did not bat: TB AbellFall of wickets: 1-4 (Chris Lynn, 0.3 ov), 2-8 (Ben Duckett, 0.5 ov), 3-14 (Sam Heazlett, 2.1 ov), 4-15 (Max Bryant, 2.2 ov), 5-15 (Jimmy Peirson, 2.5 ov), 6-59 (Tom Cooper, 7.5 ov), 7-60 (James Bazley, 8.1 ov), 8-139 (Mark Steketee, 16.6 ov), 9-143 (Mitchell Swepson, 17.2 ov), 10-143 (Mujeeb Ur Rahman, 17.3 ov)
