It's after midnight now on the east coast of Australia. For those who were able to stay awake, what a finish that was. Hughes may have missed out on a ton but his knock erases the first inning brilliance from Pooran and Maxwell. Rough for Maxwell to go from hero (with the bat) to goat (with the ball). Stars were ahead seemingly the whole chase but just fumbled it away at the end. Hope you enjoyed all of the drama. Come back tomorrow for more BBL action. That's it for now though. Take care!
Man of the Match Daniel Hughes: "We sort of knew that if we took it deep and kept it to 20 off the last two, anything could happen. We said if they could get 190, so could we. We didn't bowl well but when we were in the sheds, we said it's a nice wicket, play good shots and anything could happen. We probably carried on a little too much there but it's a great group of guys and we enjoy each other's success."
Sandhu enters off strike.

Coulter-Nile is actually still off the field.
Captain Maxwell takes the ball in hand to bowl the final six. Coulter-Nile spent some time off the field, too much time in fact, and didn't meet the requirement to be eligible to bowl this over.
Hatcher missed his length on the first five balls but wasn't punished one bit. Finally gets it right last ball though to claim another wicket. Not the prettiest over to the eye but efficient on paper. Leaves the Sixers with 20 to get off the final frame.
