After Harris gave the Renegades a usefully rapidfire start, Harper and Cooper needed only to keep their heads, something they did with the help of dropped catches by the Heat

9.18pm That's a pretty convincing win for the Renegades after their bowlers put in all the hardwork to restrict the Heat to 144, that turned out to be well below par. McCullum had not middled his sweeps very well, the other batsmen were holing out one after another and it looked like the chase wouldn't be that easy. But Tom Cooper, who returned to form, and Sam Harper put on a comfortable and quick century stand to make short work of the chase. They took on the short balls, they targeted the off side too, and found the gaps often enough to finish it with 26 balls in hand.
The Reneages are now second on the table, with four wins from seven and he Heat are still languishing at second-last place, just above the Scorchers. That's all from our ball-by-ball coverage tonight, hope you enjoyed every bit of it. It's goodbye from Ankur Dhawan and Vishal Dikshit
Just 11 to go, here's Doggett again
