9:18pm A stop-start innings that has yielded 135 runs for the Sydney Thunder. Batting was not tough and none of their batters managed any kind of sustained rhythm. Davies top-scored, with Billings and Gilkes also producing cameos. Gilkes' knock, in hindsight, looks a lot better, given it came after Warner's early dismissal and when the ball was new, which is perhaps where run-scoring was easier.
The Stars were sloppy in the field. They dropped the odd chance and let in a few more boundaries than they would have liked. With the ball, though, they made the most of the conditions, with Curran and Mir bagging a two-for each. Siddle, Stoinis and Warren were also among the wickets. With the firepower they have, they will be quietly confident but this is a tricky surface that will require them to be at the top of their game. Join us in a bit for the chase!
Last over coming up. Siddle to bowl. Can the Thunder get up to 140?

Nathan: "What will be the par score acc to you?" -- Anything above 130-135 will give the Sydney Thunder a chance, especially with how the pitch has played so far
