Innings break Excellent performance from the Stars. No one quite knew what this surface would produce but the Stars played very well on the back of a superb opening stand between Dunk and Stoinis. Dunk played his best innings of the tournament. Handscomb's cameo was a good one considering Maxwell was left in the sheds. That will be a tough target to chase on this low slow surface. The Strikers got their lengths and lines wrong. The Stars will learn some lessons from that.

Graham: "Its so funny listening to the armchair experts. Remember bowling line up won last season without Rashid khan in the final. So not bad for a team of hacks with no depth. "

Nathan: "Is the 35.5 overs between wickets for the Strikers a record for a team not taking a wicket in the BBL?" Yes it is

Jordan: "Handscomb ahead of Maxwell? Why?" To handle the spin of Rashid and O'Connor I think.

Arpit: "Strikers also need to use Rashid better. Him bowling at the death is where he is at his best. But for that the other bowlers need to start better so they are not forced to bring him in early. Wes Agar ahead of Connor might do the trick"
