Rashid Khan: It was everyone's dream to meet Sachin Tendulkar

Will Afghanistan spring another surprise and take down Australia as well, after beating Pakistan, England, and Sri Lanka in an already epoch-making World Cup campaign?

Afghanistan end their innings with a flourish and we saw plenty of fireworks from Rashid Khan! Excellent batting towards the end just the kind of finish Afghanistan would have been hoping for, while Australia lost their lines and lengths in the face of the onslaught and allowed the to get off the hook and couldn't keep a lid on the score. Afghanistan continues to ride high on confidence and was spirited again. Ibrahim Zadran reached that elusive hundred and set the platform for a respectable total. Don't go anywhere, we will be back soon for the chase!

Kanishka: "To see Afghanistan play this kind of cricket on world stage and the fact they always play away from home my heart is pounding!!!! Rise of future champions..."

Raghav: "What was the par score on this ground?" 308 is the average first innings score on this ground

Hamid Montu : "It will be difficult for Australia to score this run as Afghanistan have the best spin attack in the world."

Mustafa Moudi : "Off-Topic: Did Steven Smith check out his statue at Wankhede today :P"

Selva: "The Afghans have had an incredible worldcup so far. I really want them to win this! Hope the magical spinners deliver big today! Wishing them all the way from Iceland!"

Ibrahim Zadran: I am feeling great to score Afghanistan's maiden hundred in (World Cup). I worked really hard for this tournament, I missed a hundred against Pakistan but made it today. I was talking to my coaching staff and I told them I have a feeling I will get a hundred in next three matches. Wicket is looking good, ball is coming so well. If we had made good partnerships and kept wickets in hand, we would have scored 330 but we lost a few wickets and didn't get the kind of partnership (we were looking for) but Rashid played well in the end. We have plan for every opposition and it was our aim to put this score. We will try to bowl and field well. I had a good chat with Sachin Tendulkar; he shared his experience and I said before the match that I will bat like Sachin Tendulkar; he gave me a lot of energy and confidence.

Vikram: "Over to Afghan magic spinners to take them very near that semi-final berth!"

chotu: "I think AFG batted to the situation.. If they had targeted for 350 from the 30th over, high possibility is that they might have bundled out for 250.. How much I wish they had the Bangladesh match at this stage and not at the start.. They would have won it easily.."

Starc to Rashid Khan, no run, Fires a wide yorker just inside the tramline on off and Rashid was looking keenly at the umpire in a hope of a wide but he doesn't get the desired signal. Nevertheless he played an absolute gem of an innings here and lifted his team to 291!

Starc to Rashid Khan, SIX, Kaboom, he goes big again! That is head-spinning batting! Crouches low, didn't even see it properly but still got enough bat on it to tug it over deep square, surprisingly it came off the middle. Sensational batting!

Starc to Rashid Khan, SIX, Spanked with insolence over long-off and lumps him for a six! Flexes his biceps and gives him the brutal treatment, not that short and in his hitting arc
