5.51pm Well, it's a score on the board, but it's perhaps 30 runs shy of what South Africa might have been targetting with Markram and Klaasen at the crease. Australia clawed it back well at the death, with Starc's two wickets tying a bow on their fightback, but prior to that, Quinton de Kock's second century of the tournament had given South Africa a real leg-up.

Glenn Maxwell: "Different flows there, on track for 350-plus but we got wickets at crucial times. Proud of the effort. Help out there [for his spin], I tried to make them hit to the long side as much as possible. Tired of seeing Quinton make runs against us, he's a superstar, but nice to get him out. After the last couple of nights, the dew did come in, but this ground has been ripped up and relaid. Hopefully it skids on under the lights."

Shashwat will be here for the restart. See you then.

Starc to Maharaj, no run, attempted scoop, can't connect. What a final over. A double wicket-maiden at the end of South Africa's otherwise free-flowing display, and it will be 312 to win!

Starc to Maharaj, no run, has a wipe as Starc comes round the wicket, through to the keeper on the angle

Starc to Miller, OUT, yorker! Starc saves his best to last, and Miller is done in! Wicked late inswing, gets under the bat on an already tight wicket-to-wicket line and thumps leg stump. After the chaos last over, Australia are restoring some order this time

Starc to Miller, no run, well bowled, wide yorker, into the footmarks and popping past the bat into Inglis's gloves

Starc to Rabada, 1 leg bye, fired into the toes, following Rabada as he makes room to leg... Miller's back on strike

Afeef: "There was no way Starc was gonna go wicketless in a World Cup match"

Starc to Jansen, OUT, hoisted down the ground, but only as far as Warner at mid-on! Back of a length, Jansen was set for the slower ball but this came onto the bat quicker, and was merely spooned to the fielder. Another strike with the first ball of an over... and an opening for Starc now

Six balls to come... The partnership is 43 from 31... what's feasible from here? 330 back on the table?

Cummins to Miller, no run, banged in short, Miller's up on his toes, dropping the ball at his feet. What a scruffy over from Australia, wrecking all their good work!
