7:48 pm At first, it appeared that Pakistan would dominate, especially after Taskin dropped a simple catch in the first over, giving Fakhar Zaman a lucky break. However, Taskin came back in the next over, dismissing Saim Ayub. Pakistan's approach was to attack hard, and while they scored runs fast, they also continued losing wickets. In the Powerplay, they lost four batters, all attempting risky, big shots. Fakhar Zaman, who was dropped twice, was Pakistan's best batter, scoring 44 runs from 34 balls. But his innings ended when he was run out due to a misunderstanding with Khushdil. Later, Abbas Afridi delivered some strong hits, but other batters failed to contribute or remain in the crease. Bangladesh's fielding was subpar; they dropped several catches. Still, it didn't matter because their bowling was so good. Taskin took three wickets, but Mustafizur was the standout bowler, capturing two wickets and conceding little runs in four overs. We will return shortly for the chase, so stay tuned!
TahirJagirani: "do or die, 110 or 220, i like this approach of team pakistan in t20s."
Anayat Khan : "Pak with a deep batting lineup with likes of Faheem Ashraf coming at no. 9. Despite regular wickets falling, throughout the innings I thought there's plenty to come. More likely the Pak batters thought so, didn't bat sensibly and couldn't even see the full 20 overs. Huge credit to BD, Fizz was unplayable. "
