Pakistan complete the whitewash in style, navigating through the challenges and finishing with a win that will leave them ecstatic, especially after putting themselves in a chasing situation and pulling it off with ease. Mohammad Haris exuded calmness and stole the show with his breathtaking hitting. He looked unfazed tonight as if he's truly come of age. Earlier, Bangladesh looked set to post a total in excess of 200 but Pakistan applied the brakes in the death overs and successfully slowed them down. Even then, it was a fairly competitive total, Pakistan weren't bothered at any stage of the game; it was a measured, calculated, and smooth chase from start to finish. The newfound approach, change in personnel and revised strategy and intent seem to have worked well for Pakistan in this series while Bangladesh will need to reflect, reassess and adjust their game plans if they want to consistently compete at the top level. Thank you for following our coverage throughout the series. For now, it's goodbye from me, Rvel Zahid, and our scoring master for this game, Thilak Rama. Goodnight!

Mohammad Haris, Player of the Match: Thank you very much, congratulations to Pakistan, kept working on my game, learned from my mistakes from PSL too. I didn't play any outrageous stroke, and tried to keep it simple tonight (which worked in my favor). Team is also working on strike rate and the purpose is to play with a faster strike rate according to modern day cricket demands. I am happy because I took two good catches and got reward for my wicketkeeping and will continue to work hard. We just have to remind our bowlers about their plans and don't have to be necessarily chirpy behind the stumps

Litton Das, Bangladesh Captain: We didn't bowl well and didn't field well in last two games but we batted well on this track. It's a good wicket, but we need to learn how to bowl to different batters and need to think about that. (on positives), Emon and Tanzid batted really well and most of the guys put up their hands and did a good job. The crowds were very amazing. They supported both teams. I am sorry to Bangladesh fans that we couldn't win any game but hopefully we will make a comeback

Salman Ali Agha, Pakistan Captain: It's a massive win,. I am very happy the way boys played, great thing is we managed to play the brand of cricket we wanted to play and we did well in every game. We want to be a consistent team and in every series. In international cricket, teams will come and test you and we want to test ourselves where things become difficult. We wanted to chase in this game because I want to put boys under pressure (in a run chase situation). (on Haris) When I became captain, I thought winning is important but for me, Haris Saim and Hasan (Nawaz), if they don't become match winners, that will be a failure so for me so I want to make them match winners, and if I manage to do that, I will consider myself to be successful. Hasan Nawaz is happy batting down the order, don't think he want to change...he is a generational talent. (on crowd) To be honest, I heard before the series that crowd won't come but I am very thankful that they came in big numbers. Keep coming to the stadiums and we will keep entertaining you.

Do stick around for the presentation!

Dude: "I know it's my 2nd comment But... PCT has healed me today in a way that I wanted for a longgg time to see Haris and Saim to bat together and build partnership, wanted Haris to play composed cricket, it's been all that today. Thank you PCT. "

Towhid Hridoy to Agha Salman, 1 run, Tossed up on middle, nuzzles it off his pads to midwicket and gets his team over the line with a single. Don't think they know they have won, and now they realize it after a few moments, handshakes all around

Towhid Hridoy to Agha Salman, FOUR, Loose delivery and duly dispatched! Behind square on leg side; was a flatter delivery erring on the leg side, he is a great player of spin, manufactures a boundary with a lovely paddle

Hasan Mahmud to Mohammad Haris, 2 runs, What a knock! A century that had everything in it clean hitting, smart rotation, improvisation and ice-cold temperament. Absolutely top-drawer stuff from Mohammad Haris. That's his first international hundred, take a bow! It was a full delivery and he swiped it down to midwicket for a couple, big smile on his face, soaks in the applause from the crowd; they are all up on their feet. Haris has truly come of age!

Hasan Mahmud to Mohammad Haris, FOUR, What a staggering stroke, half-volley just outside off, in his hitting arc and he cracks it imperiously in the gap at mid-off and cover for a four, that was a big gap
