And that is all we have from the coverage of this Test match. On behalf of Himanshu, our scorers Ranjith and Thilak, and everyone at ESPNcricinfo, this is Aaditya signing off. Take care, stay safe.

Keshav Maharaj: "Obviously very good to get over the line. To see the character was very heartwarming. The display with the ball was very encouraging to see. No pressure, we know the talent within our systems. It was getting them in the right frame of mind to execute, and they showed that throughout the four days. I've had my eye on Lhuan-dre since the SA20, and he hasn't looked back since in any format. He's a mature young lad. To see how goes about his business in pressure situations was very heartwarming. And then there's Dewald Brevis. Not many youngsters come into our system and express themselves the way he does. Wiaan, new position batting at 3, to see him take that opportunity with both hands, I'm really happy for him. Bosch is new to the international scene, but he's really fit in like a glove. To see him conquer both facets in this Test match was really special.

Lhuan-dre Pretorius is the Player of the Match

"It's a moment I'll cherish and remember for a very long time. It was amazing. I haven't played a lot of first class games, but I've been in that position once or twice. I tried to stick to my game plan. The message was quite clear in the change room, that I needed to be myself. Soaking in the pressure, and transferring it again was important."

Craig Ervine: "I thought Blessing and Chivanga started really well. In hindsight, another seamer would've done us a few more favours in the first session after bowling first. We thought there would be a little bit more turn on offer as the Test match went on. Williams was exceptional. Nice, positive cricket. He was always looking to score. Credit to him. Disappointing that there was no one to support him to get us to a more respectable total. Spin department could be a little bit more consistent. From a batting perspective, a few guys got starts including myself, but we need to go on and get 100s, 30s and 40s won't cut it at this level. Bennett is still being monitored, but hopefully he's fit before the second Test."

1:48pm: The fun is over for the Zimbabwean tail. Masakadza played really well, so did Craig Ervine. Then Muzarabani had a bit of a hard swing for his 32*. The damage, though, was done in the morning session, when Zimbabwe lost five wickets in that first hour, having added just 50 runs in that process. Bosch was superb for his five-fer to follow his first-innings century. Codi Yusuf was impressive again, as he was in the first innings, and then Maharaj and Brevis finished things off with the last two wickets.

South Africa were 28-3 early on Day 1. But they haven't looked back since. There were centuries for debutant Lhuan-dre Pretorius and Bosch in the first innings. Brevis got a half-century too. After they got that first innings lead of 167 despite a superb Sean Williams century, Wiaan Mulder made an impressive 147 in the Proteas' second innings, before the finished the job off midway through Day 4.

W
Brevis to Chivanga, OUT, That will be that! Brevis has his first Test wicket! It's a bit of a comical dismissal. Chivanga advances down the track well before Brevis delivers the ball. The bowler sees that and drops it short and down legside. Verreynne moves to the legside and completes a simple stumping, to complete a 328-run win for the Proteas.

Maharaj to Muzarabani, no run, Similar shot from Muzarabani, nowhere near the same result, because this is slower and the length pulled back, so it hits him on the pad.

Maharaj to Muzarabani, 2 runs, Holds the pose, does Blessing. Full ball on off stump from Maharaj, Muzarabani stands tall and lofts it inside out over cover. Doesn't quite time it well enough for a boundary.
