04:05pm: De Zorzi and Breetzke run off the field to get ready to open the batting in South Africa's second innings. They will have 20 overs to bat out this evening, with that lead of 167 to start with. Zimbabwe have Williams to thank, with his 137 accounting for way more than half their first innings runs. Once his partnership with Ervine was broken in the second session by Maharaj, Williams didn't get much support, until he too, like Ervine was stumped off the bowling of the South African skipper. Zimbabwe are well behind in this game as it stands, but they will want to make a start similar to the one they made in the first innings, to give themselves a sniff of a famous fourth innings chase. I'll be back in a bit with the South African second innings.

Farai Leboho: "With Williams gone, I suppose a good ol' 20/30 runs for Zim would not be a bad situation."
