Flatter length ball sliding down the leg-side, goes down on one knee and plays the paddle sweep, failed to keep it down on the ground, struck aerially to the left of the fine leg fielder, Tanzim swiftly went to his left side, placing both hands behind the ball to grasp it. Ball Tracking comes up now...and it reckons the ball would have thundered into leg stump. Umpire Richard Illingworth's decision vindicated and Zimbabwe are now six down! 206/6

The ball goes on with the arm, without really spinning back, and breezes past the outside edge to crash into off stump. 84.1 oh dear - that is a terrible, terrible mix-up, and Zimbabwe lose another! Pushed in full on leg stump. Tsiga advances and flicks it towards deep square leg. He is intent on two because he wants to get back on strike but his partner is not quite on the same page. Massive hesitation and Masekesa is very late in taking off for the second. Goes through reluctantly but Mehidy's throw to Taijul is accurate, and the bowler does the rest. A gift for Bangladesh! 216/8

90.1 Slower through the air short of a length ball turning away sharply outside off, Muzarabani plays the half-hearted dab stroke and the ball goes past the outside edge of the bat, loud appeal turned down by the umpire. Shanto opts to send it upstairs. Ultra Edge appears after sometime, and the Bangladesh players celebrate! There's the spike as the ball passes the bat with extra turn and bounce. Generously flighted good length ball on the stumps, Shadman strides forward and attempts to play across the line to the on-side, beaten by the flight and rapped up in front of the stumps, thuds the bottom part of the front pad. Shadman has a quick chat with the skipper, decides to head back to the dressing room. A superb, well-composed innings has come to an end. 194/3

31.3 massive lbw shout, and the finger goes up! Muzarabani has a reward for his persistence, but hang on, Anamul wants to have another look! Slanted in on a back of a length on off. On pitching, though, the ball straightens just a shade. Anamul, caught on the crease, also gets squared up and seems to play down the wrong line, with the ball rapping him on the back leg. The only question here is the impact (and whether it was outside off), and if it was too high. No bat involved. All eyes on Ball Tracking and...it returns with Umpire's Call on Impact, with the ball then crashing into off stump, two-thirds of the way up. 70.4 soft, soft dismissal and Masekesa, on Test debut, has taken down the Bangladesh captain! Flighted up beautifully just outside off and the ball drops on Shanto late. Spins back into him, apart from sticking in the surface a touch and all Shanto can do is pop it straight to Welch at short mid wicket. Massive, massive moment for the 28-year-old, and Shanto falls after another promising start! 259/4

76.6 Full and overpitched on the stumps, moves back and prods it gently to mid-on, sets off for a quick single, tight run there for Mushfiqur, Madhevere sprints in and sends an under-arm throw at the stumps, hits the target! Mushfiqur looks well short of his ground, even though he put in a desperate dive at the last moment. The umpire sends it upstairs. Oh my! Mushfiqur is really short of his crease! Madhevere made an excellent effort.There was no need for this tight single, as Mushfiqur departs on 40 runs. 274/6

Flighted fuller length ball on the leg stump line, slight deviation turning in, Jaker Ali strides forward and attempts to play across the line, closes the face of the bat early and finds the leading edge, chips it straight back to the bowler, Masekesa, makes no mistake and completes the catch. 267/5

129.2 a wild heave and Mehidy's vigil comes to an end! A stellar innings that has propelled Bangladesh to 444! Looped up generously on a length outside off. Mehidy charges down, trying to smash it into oblivion but the ball drops on him late and then spins away to beat him. The keeper does the rest and Masekesa looks up to the heavens, hands joined and soaking in the moment. A five-wicket haul on debut for the 28-year-old, and even though he had to toil for it, he will be pleased with how his first outing in Test cricket went! 444/10

82.6 Masekesa strikes again! You can't keep the debutant spinner out of the game! Lovely flighted delivery on the fourth stump line with slight turn away from the batter, Nayeem defends off the front foot, plays inside the line of the ball, thick outside edge and finds the safe hands of Williams at second slip, who moves to his right side and completes the catch. 279/7

96.5 Beaten by the flight and Taijul has to depart! Slower through the air flighted ball, wrong-un pitching outside off, Taijul charges down the track and misses the line of the ball, tried to play through the covers, lost his balance as he attempted to get back to the crease, easy pickings for Tsiga behind the stumps, breaks the stumps and the debutant spinner gets his fourth wicket! 342/8

122.5 The bowling change has finally got the breakthrough! Generously flighted good length ball wide outside the off stump, moves across and premeditates the reverse sweep, gets into an awkward stance and tries to sweep it away, hits the glove and an easy catch for the short leg fielder. 39.1 nicked and gone! Curran perishes too and Curran is livid with himself! Five in the innings for Mehidy! Fizzed through on a length just outside off. Threatens to angle in, forcing the batter to play before pitching and ripping away. Curran hangs his bat out and the ball scrapes the outside edge. Good take by Jaker to his left and Bangladesh are thrilled to bits; Curran, on exactly the opposite end of that spectrum. Zimbabwe staring at a massive innings defeat here! 98/8

6.3 oh dear - Welch has shouldered arms to a straight ball and gets rapped on the pads, but the umpire says no! Another example of a batter batting with a muddled mind. Does not know if this length ball will come in with the arm or spin away and in the end, Welch offers no shot at all. Kumar Dharmasena has a long look at it before shaking his head. Bangladesh review and this could be very close. The impact, remember, does not matter now because no stroke was offered. Ball Tracking comes up and it reckons the ball would have thundered into the top of off stump. Three reds and Welch is on his way! 8/2

Lovely flighted delivery around the the sixth stump line, played with soft hands off the front foot, thickish outside edge and hits it low to the left of second slip, beaten by the turn, Shadman bends down and dived to his left side, wrapped his left hand fingers around the ball and completes the catch. 22/3

29.1 a rush of blood, and Ervine bites the dust! Mehidy targets the stumps and Ervine comes down the track to heave him over long on. Misses his attempted slog and his stumps are disturbed soon after. Bangladesh have their fourth and Mehidy has his first of the innings! 69/4

29.6 a celebrappeal by Mehidy and the finger goes up, eventually! Fizzed in on a length just outside off. Madhevere plays the flatter trajectory and gets caught on the crease. Plays outside the line and gets beaten by the prodigious and sharp turn into him. Rapped on the flap of the back leg in front of the stumps, but Madhevere wants to have another look. Clearly no bat involved. In fact, there was an enormous gap between those two pieces of equipment. Ball Tracking coming up now and it reckons the ball would have crashed into middle and leg. Madhevere has to go, and he takes a review along with him! 69/5

31.2 gone this time! No need for DRS on this occasion! Given a bit of air on a length outside off. Tsiga again lunges at it and tries to defend but he is not to the pitch of the ball. It spins just enough to kiss the inside half of the bat and floats through to short leg, who snaps up a sharp chance to his left. Tsiga is dejected as he walks off, and Bangladesh are all over Zimbabwe like a rash here! 73/6

37.3 catch it is the call again, and this time, it will be taken! Masakadza falls and Zimbabwe sink further into trouble! Mehidy dangles the carrot outside off and Masakadza bites. Tries to slam it over the bowler's head but the spin off the surface means he cuts across it. Cuts across it a little too much and Taijul completes the simplest of catches at mid off! 93/7

42.3 takes on the fielder on the fence, and comes up second-best! Plenty of air on this just outside off and Ngarava cannot resist the temptation to have a pop at it. Swings at it with all his might (and with the turn) but the bat face just closes upon impact. Arrows it straight to Mahmud at deep mid wicket, and that will be that for Ngarava in this Test! 100/9

46.2 appeal for a run out, and Masekesa is indeed short! Bangladesh have done it. In the fading light in Chattogram, and after six home Test defeats on the trot, they find the spark to brighten their horizon. A commanding, commanding win and they have leveled this series in absolute style! Angled into the stumps. Masekesa nudges it into the on side and seems to call for the single. Tries to get across to the other end but is caught just short as Mominul hits bullseye at the bowler's end. Another sharp bit of work in the field and that has summed up Bangladesh's performance today and across the three days of this game. Another moment of indecision and hesitation on Zimbabwe's part and that, fittingly, encapsulates their plight in Chattogram too! 111/10
