Pakistan had the launchpad to post 200 and beyond after a solid start and good work from the middle order but West Indies, with the introduction of Shamar Joseph, managed to stem the run flow and they kept things tight in the middle overs. Regular wickets further helped slow the scoring rate. A few big overs and a spirited fightback in the end have given Pakistan a respectable total.
