5.44pm Wow. What an extraordinary session, what an extraordinary day for India. It began with Akash Deep's heroic half-century as a nightwatcher, continued through Yashasvi Jaiswal's fourth century against his favourite opponents, and it concluded with those now-familiar foes, Jadeja and Washington Sundar, piling in with a pair of half-centuries to drag the target to a very imposing 373. Sundar's late onslaught was simply magnificent. England, a bowler down with Woakes injured, stuck to their task, but it's over to their batters now. Crawley and Duckett have a very interesting hour and a bit coming up... I don't think there's any doubt about how they take it on, but how successful will they be? Over to Abhimanyu to find out!
Sumesh : "An hour of England batting will decide the result " One way or another, yes, it has that potential!
AmnasSamad: "Andrew, how many overs are possible today if we think realistically?" We can play on until 7, so 15 maybe?
Vignesh: "19 wickets for Tongue in just 3 Test matches. A healthy dose of Rabbit Pie" Not sure Sundar qualifies on that count, but yes...
Dev: "Bazballers are getting WashBalled. " Better than getting ballwashed, I presume

The lead is 373, bigger than the Headingley chase...
The new ball has been maimed in the process! A huge chunk has been taken out of it... and it will have to be replaced
Mrs.Miller: "Mr.Miller what is Beefeater Distillery ????" If you knew my wife, you'd know this is the unlikeliest comment in history...
