12pm And West Indies bowl Pakistan out for 230, just at the stroke of lunch as well. There was an opening burst from Seales, but for much of the session it was Kevin Sinclair and Jomel Warrican who worked away to finish off Pakistan's innings. The first hour today saw Rizwan and Shakeel grow their partnership to 141 from 97 overnight. Then, Sinclair got Shakeel with the first ball after the drinks break and it was all downhill from Pakistan since as they lost six wickets for 43 runs. Rizwan caused Noman Ali to be run out and then missed a reverse-sweep to be trapped lbw in the same over. Sajid Khan tried to counterattack, but the resistance only lasted so long. West Indies won't be too unhappy with how things have gone, but they know they have to work hard on a pitch that's turning sharp and has variable bounce. Join Hemant in around half-an-hour for the start of West Indies' innings.
