We'll restart at 7pm, with no overs lost!

6:34pm We have stumps in the ground. I repeat - the stumps are in the ground

6:25pm Jeff: "When do we start losing overs?" Not until 7pm - so 35 minutes from now. No restart time as of yet, but England are now out there and warming up

6:08pm There are ground staff, ground staffing. The big covers are being peeled back as the umpires prod about.

Mr Matt: "I don't know if its been mentioned before, but the fact that England chose no specialist batters seems quite extraordinary. 9 allrounders(4 seam, 5 spin) and two wicket keepers. This is not a team to win matches. Unless of course, they win. Can't see it happening."

5:56pm Nick: "Let rain save England pleaaaaase!" Sadly, it looks like the rains are relenting. There'll still be a bit of a clear-up, but the signs are promising for more play

5:45pm Puddles now forming on the outfield...

5:31pm The rains have arrived in Antigua: "Smashing down," says Cameron.

5:30pm Jay: "Can I please point out at 160/4 when there was a questioned posted about the score England will reach I pointed out it is either gonna be above 300 or below 240 all out." Fair play, Jay. A lot of people did think England would come unstuck here. West Indies target of 210 looks very, very manageable.

5:27pm The covers are coming on in Antigua. "Seems dry," says our man out there Cameron Ponsonby. "But people are beginning to run..." Sounds ominous...

5:25pm Credit to Seales for his opening burst to remove the openers, and Gudakesh Motie - the pick of the bowlers - who finished with 4 for 41, his second-best ODI figures. A word on Roston Chase, too, who kept things tight for his first eight overs, before 20 from his final two gave him 0 for 47 from 10 overall.

I'm very pleased with the performance today," said Seales, who took 2 for 22. "I was very frustrated in Sri Lanka - I didn't bowl to the best of my ability, I think I was rushing everything. We knew that the guys at the top order for England like us to bowl wide to hit square of the wicket. If they hit good balls for six, good luck to them!

[On the spinners] "They stuck to the task really well, even though the pitch wasn't offering much for them. They kept it stump to stump and got rewards."

Joseph to Rashid, OUT, Joseph gets his man! Rashid tries go to down the ground and finds mid on, and that's England 209 all out, with 4.5 overs remaining. It's been a gritty bowling effort from West Indies, on a tired surface, but England's top six got starts and couldn't make them count...
