4.20pm So England post 302 on the back of Nat Sciver-Brunt's excellent 117-ball 124*. It was a brilliant knock, barring a small phase when she was in the 80s and couldn't connect with some reverse-sweeps and switch-hits. But once she did get to her century with back-to-back scoops, she let loose, hitting Diana Baig for back-to-back sixes in a 20-run penultimate over. This was her ninth ODI century and third against Pakistan. Pakistan had a disciplined start with the bat, disrupted only by some aggressive risky batting from Maia Bouchier who made a 33-ball 34. Danni Wyatt was the first of NSB's major partners today, making a sparking 44, before Amy Jones chipped in with a run-a-ball 27. Alice Capsey then stayed unbeaten on 39 to ensure England got to a big score - the biggest on this ground! Pakistan, whose highest score against England is 209, have a mountain to climb. Join Vish for the start of the chase!

Maya: "What's the highest score Pak Women have chased? Also, will Nat be bowling?" Nat said she would be bowling. And well, Pakistan made 265 to tie an ODI against South Africa. They also made 251 to tie against New Zealand. 245 is their highest successful score while chasing, against Sri Lanka.

Nat Sciver-Brunt: "It felt fun. Probably had a little bit of a tricky period around 80 to 90 - yeah, I played too many shots. On the whole, I'm pretty happy. [On the total] I'd say that's a good total. I'm not really good at guessing par or anything, but I think getting 300 is pretty good. I've been told by the local - Liv from Sunrisers - that it usually grips here. I think with the bowlers we have, we're confident of defending it. [Can she bowl?] Yeah, yeah. I'm a bit tired now, though. Not sure how my 5 overs are going to come out, but it's nice to get the ball back in hand."
