9.55pm Well, that brings to a close Pakistan's predictably up-and-down white-ball tour of Australia. They won the ODI series - their first time doing so in Australia in 22 years - and then got whitewashed in the T20Is. For Australia, Maxwell's blitz in the first T20I and Spencer Johnson's performances would likely be the biggest positives. Well, that's all the action we have for you today. On behalf of Danyal, Raghav and Ranjith, this is Abhimanyu signing off.

Rio: "Stoinis got the MOM though I thought it would be Hardie. Player of the series is richly deserved by Johnson." I agree. Was surprised it wasn't Hardie, because he set the win up. Stoinis just made it look easy!

9.45pm Time for the presentation.

Marcus Stoinis is the player of the match. He's not around, though so he'll speak later.

Spencer Johnson is the player of the series: "Wasn't really expecting that. Nice to be back in the green and gold and happy to get the series win. Every opportunity to play for Australia is a good one and hopefully I'll continue to do well. It was a pretty nice wicket with the new ball. Babar played well with the new ball. Credit to those who absorbed the pressure in the middle overs and made it easy for us in the back end."

Pakistan captain, Agha Salman: "I think in the middle overs, we didn't capitalise on the start. Lots of positives. The way Usman batted, the way Jahandad bowled. These youngsters will come good. It's obviously a big achievement winning the ODI series but we could have done much better in the T20Is."

Josh Inglis, Australia skipper: "It's been a great week. We've had a lot of fun as a group. It's been really nice. When Stoinis is going like that, he is really hard to stop. [On moving to Tests] Yes, going to fly down tomorrow and looking forward to that."

Stoinis: "Nice to score some runs on a beautiful wicket but credit to the bowlers who kept the total down. Yeah actually told Rauf that this is the first time any of us got the better of him [chuckles]. But no, he's a brilliant bowler, bowled well this series."

9.40pm Well, Marcus Stoinis has made a mockery of this chase as Australia romp to victory with 50 balls to spare. He started slow, coming in with Australia losing wickets in succession, but he took on Pakistan's two big-name bowlers - Haris Rauf and Shaheen Shah Afridi - to seal the whitewash. Of course, Pakistan collapsed from 61 for 1 to 117 all out thanks to Aaron Hardie, Adam Zampa and Spencer Johnson, to ensure Australia didn't have to work too hard in their chase. Their long tail was exposed, and they couldn't do enough with the ball to make it challenging for the hosts despite the two powerplay wickets.

AMIN: "STONIS YOU BEAUTY AFTER RAUF NOW SHAHEEN"

8.30pm Pakistan were flying at 58 for 1 at the end of the powerplay. But they lost 9 for 56 in just 69 deliveries to give Australia every chance of completing a series whitewash. Aaron Hardie picked up career-best T20 figures of 3 for 21, while Babar was the only batter to put up a fight for Pakistan in what was a pretty dismal display otherwise. Zampa picked up a couple as well, and they were both important wickets - of the two set batters Haseebullah and Babar. Spencer Johnson, Xavier Bartlett and Nathan Ellis all got among the wickets, with Stoinis the only Australian bowler to not claim one today. Join Danyal in a bit for the start of the chase

Aaron Hardie: "Thought it was going to be a pretty good pitch and they started well but glad we were able to drag it back. Hopefully it stays a nice pitch to bat on."
