5.36pm England have enforced the follow-on. A fair decision. Just under an hour's play left, and with 63.2 overs under their belts already, they've not yet been in the field for much more than two sessions.

So, a penny for Brian Bennett's thoughts. He's had half an hour or so to savour his unequivocal career highlight, but he'll be back out there shortly with it all to do again. His brilliant 139 was the performance of the day, and frankly the match... but Ben Stokes' brief bowling return deserves a place on the podium too, alongside Shoaib Bashir's sparky three-wicket haul. Cook, Atkinson and Tongue were in the wickets too. As anticipated mismatches go, it's been a very good workout indeed. Let's hope Zimbabwe can find similar fight second-time around.

Atkinson to Muzarabani, OUT, ping, back goes the top of off! A shimmy at the crease, as Muzarabani shapes to the off-side, but Atkinson is unfazed by the hi-jinks and just hits his length. Clean through the defences, and with Ngavara unable to bat, Zimbabwe are all out

Atkinson to Muzarabani, no run, big inswinger, miss that and it's curtains, but Muz makes room to leg and slogs out to midwicket

Shoaib Bashir to Muzarabani, FOUR, gosh, not sure how that got to long-off! Through Bashir's legs, that's how! An ungainly back-foot slog from Muz, in the air and could have been a catch, but Bashir is mindful of his hurty finger and doesn't put much of an effort in
