Seven wickets between Scotland's magicians Mark Watt and Chris Greaves; they were on top of their game and Scotland were absolutely sensational in the bowling today. One would expect Sri Lanka to be adept playing against spin but the shot selection was a bit off from them today and they lost wickets in clusters. Chris Sole was steaming in and kept things tight in his spell too, conceding 46 runs and chipping in with two wickets. Earlier, opening batter Pathum Nissanka played a superb innings of 75 and later Charith Asalanka did fantastic rebuilding work but once he got out on 63, Sri Lanka's resistance steadily petered out and they have only amassed 245 runs. Would that be enough? Only time will tell. They have the services of man-in-form Hasaranga who has taken 16 wickets in three CWCQ matches. He will be once again the main man for them. We will see you on the other side with the reply
Callum: "Great first half for Scotland, especially considering Sharif was rested for the out of form Evans. Be interested to see how Scotland deal with Hasaranga, especially without their premier spin players Munsey (injured I believe?) and Macleod (retired last year). "
Vettelfan17: "I hope whoever is responsible for the 10 team World Cup idea is watching this match."

Faumi: "Can't understand theeksha's taking single in the first ball all make kumara bat rest of the overs."
Dinal: "Should be more than enough runs on the board, on a slow pitch with the SL spinners. Scotland bowled out for 180. "
