1:40pm That will be that for this game. But that is hardly it for the day, with plenty of Hundred action lined up - both in the men's section and the women's section. Join us for those games too, and until next time, from all of us here at ESPNcricinfo, it is goodbye!

Tilly Corteen-Coleman, Player of the Match: It has been fantastic -such a great team performance, could not have done it without them. Great to get the win on the board. (On the pitch) Not going to lie, but we have constant communication between the girls, felt it was stoppy, and with the track record (at Trent Bridge), thought I might be in the game. (On the secret to their success this season) Secret sauce
I just think we are a great group. Off the back of last year, feel we have a lot to prove, and working really well nicely together. (On if the chase got tense) I am a terrible watcher, so I was nervous all the way through, but backed our team, so we were good.

1:34pm That was a slow-burn, in terms of the scoring rate and the surface dished out, but it did have its share of tense moments. The Brave seemed in control when Bouchier and Devine were at the crease. But when the former perished, and Kemp struggled for the first ten balls of her innings, it felt the Rockets might have a prayer. Kemp then launched a huge six over wide long on to allay those nerves, with Devine and Tryon doing the rest thereafter, ensuring there were no further hiccups.

The Rockets, meanwhile, might be engulfed with a feeling of what could have been. They did not have a truckload of runs on the board, and in the end, that hurt them. This was not the easiest surfaces to bat on, and had the Rockets managed a score around the 120-130 mark, they may have made a real fist of this defence. A few positives to take back, including how they stuck to their bowling guns, but they are, after four games, only on four points, and needing a turnaround.

McCarthy to Tryon, FOUR, loose ball down leg, and Tryon ices this run-chase! Not the most convincing but like all champion teams, the Brave have gotten the job done! A bit of an anti-climax after the previous delivery. This was also an attempted slower one, but the line went awry. Tryon waited on it and swiped it away fine, and the Brave, who could not buy a win last season, go 4-0 in 2025!

McCarthy to Tryon, no run, slower ball on a length outside off. Tryon does not pick it at all and wafts at it way too early. Gets cut in half, and that is a vital dot from the Rockets' POV

A few fielding changes, but the Rockets need something special to turn this one around now

McCarthy to Devine, 1 run, safe! Slower ball on a back of a length on the stumps. Devine swings herself off her feet but does not muster the power to clear the fence. On the bounce to long on

3 off 5. Devine to face, McCarthy to bowl. Surely the Brave will get past the finish line from here?

Graham to Devine, FOUR, make that 3 off 5 now, because Devine has found the fence with a scorcher! Attempted leg-stump yorker and this lands just a smidgen short. Devine gets her front foot out of the way and mooses it between deep mid wicket and long on!

Graham to Tryon, 1 run, length just outside off. Tryon presses half forward and jabs it towards extra cover to get off the mark

Tryon walks in with the Brave needing 8 off 7. She is a stroke-maker too, but she might also be feeling the pinch now

W
Graham to Kemp, OUT, that has gone a mile up, and taken on the fence! Trent Bridge roars! Shortish and following the batter just outside leg. Seems like a change-up too, meaning Kemp has to generate all the pace and power. She gets plenty of height on it but not enough distance as it turns out. NSB settles herself on the deep mid wicket fence, and snares the chance in front of her face. Now then. Now then...
