5.26pm So that is a wrap from the Women's final. Thanks for joining us, but don't stray too far... the men's final is coming up straight after ... [checks notes] a musical interlude from Zara Larsson. She's not quite Sabrina Carpenter, but she's got some bellows to be fair.

Dani Gibson is speaking to the BBC: "Really important for me to get off to a good start and I've never played a pull shot well. Disappointed with how I bowled but that innings made me feel a lot better. I'm not assessing the pitch at all, see ball, hit ball, play on instincts. Hitting the stumps, Glenny, Deano, Deepti did that really well. This is pretty up there, a great group of girls. It's a really heavy trophy, Heather needs to go to the gym more. A bit of dancing to come, a bit of singing." Baggy Trousers, Madness, is her song of choice, incidentally. "A great group of girls, pleased everyone pulled their weight at diffferent times."

5.17pm Time for the trophy lift! Heather Knight takes the stage, lifts the trophy and leads London Spirit's celebrations!

5.04pm Seven years after lifting the Women's World Cup at Lord's, Heather Knight will claim the Women's Hundred Trophy for the Lord's-based London Spirit! Ismail is gutted by her failure to save the day, but her bowling was a lone stand-out for Fire... between Georgia Redmayne's anchoring 34, and vital impetus from Knight and Gibson, Spirit always had their noses ahead.

Deepti Sharma: "To hit the six to win the game, a great feeling, I was not nervous, I had confidence I could do it. I think positive!"

Charlie Dean: "Not good for the nails, but always thought we had it."

Georgia Redmayne: "A long time between boundaries, Ismail bowled great with key wickets. I don't think you ever feel in control in a final, but so proud in front of a record crowd at Lord's."

Heather Knight: "It was tense, I'm an awful watcher, feeling sick for last 20-30 balls, Deepti made a meal of it in the end, kept us on tenterhooks... I'm worried about the trophy lift, it's quite heavy! Dani Gibson, you little beauty, changed the game!"

Tammy Beaumont: "I'm so proud of the girls to fight like they did, at the time-out it was there to lose. Gutted, we'll have loved to win. We've got in some good people, Gareth (Breese) and I had a vision to make it more than just a franchise that you turn up to. We were ten light with the bat, but credit to Spirit, they kept taking wickets through the middle."

Matthews to Sharma, SIX, hoisted over long-on for six! Deepti wins the Women's Hundred for Spirit! Shabnim Ismail flung herself backwards on the rope, got her hands to it, but had no chance to close the deal! A fine final ends in emphatic style!

1
Matthews to Dean, 1 run, Rank full toss, and somehow Dean fails to put it away! Flat-batted to the midwicket sweeper, at least it was on the bounce!

A dot ball here and all bets are off. Dean loves a reverse-sweep...

19.1
1
Matthews to Sharma, 1 run, drags the sweep off the off-stump line, doesn't time it but picks off the single

It's getting rowdy again... We had the first Hundred Super Five last night... is there another loading? Deepti and Dean, reunited in the middle at Lord's... let's have a RONSBU to liven things up further!

18.3
1
Jonassen to Freeborn, 1 run, launched down the ground, again the fielder declines a hero dive and settles for saving the boundary
18.2
1
Jonassen to Sharma, 1 run, whipped off the pads, out to deep backward square, they run an easy first run but Freeborn was a walking wicket as Davis's shy comes in. It's too wide for the keeper!
18.1
1
Jonassen to Freeborn, 1 run, round the wicket, paddle-sweep from outside off, Davies grabs at the ball at backward square and slips, but she's fine

11 off ten is the requirement. Tammy Beaumont convenes a brains trust. Jonassen has the first five of the final ten.

END OF OVER:

1
Davies to Freeborn, 1 run, nurdled off the pads, and how is there a single available! Midwicket was too deep, and that's a free run

Well, well. This is bubbling now

17.4
W
Davies to Redmayne, OUT, round the wicket, pinned on the pads, up goes the finger! This is a huge moment, looks adjacent to the naked eye, beating the inside-edge, striking the inner thigh, is it too high? Umpire's call on height! Flicking the top of the leg bail! Huge, huge moment!

GP Redmayne lbw b Davies 34 (68m 32b 3x4 0x6) SR: 106.25

1
Davies to Sharma, 1 run, full length, into the toes, lifted high out to deep midwicket, is it a catch, no... the fielder settles for saving the boundary. Could she have gone for the hero dive?

17.1
1
Davies to Redmayne, 1 run, dipping on the toes, flicked off the pads, out through backward square

Matthews to Redmayne, FOUR, launched magnificently over the bowler's head! Super use of the feet, lifted up and over, just inside the rope. That releases the pressure. The Hundred is up, in the Hundred final

16.1
0
Matthews to Sharma, no run, all the pace off from round the wicket, keeping the stumps in play, defended down into the crease, Bryce does well

A new record attendance for the Women's Hundred... 22,009 in attendance. Magnificent. Welsh Fire are in danger of losing an outfielder to the cut-off time, though at less than a run a ball that may be moot

END OF OVER:

Shreyas HM: "When you're too reliant on a single player to get your team's runs and wickets, that player's off day invariably comes during the knockouts. Not the first time this has happened in cricket."
