Manic batting towards the end means Rockets will be the happier side to keep them down to an untaxing total. They stuttered in the powerplay and had to rebuild afterward but they compromised on the scoring rate. The wheels started to come off towards the end as Gardner bowled a brilliant spell and almost claimed a hat-trick, bowling with a lot of vigor and superb accuracy. Graham to Wong, 2 runs, Fuller and angling across the right-hander, intentionally kept it away from her long levers, she manages to get some bat on it and scythes it away to deep backward point, returns for the second and Phoenix finish on 112 which looks a bit subpar but it's a still a fighting total and it's a high stakes game so expect Phoenix to come out all guns blazing
