4pm Another powerhouse batting show from Fire sets up a huge target for the opposition. Beaumont and Dunkley continued from where they left off six days ago with the former carrying on her silken touch. Matthews then supported Dunkley, who brought up her second half-century of this season's women's Hundred. Spirit's bowling lacked ideas and Knight's use of Filer left a lot to be desired. They couldn't contain the runs and are left staring at a mountain.

Sophia Dunkley: "Found it really hard in the powerplay. Their spinners tied me down. Felt tricky but good to get a score. The new ball came on nicely but the spinners gripped the ball on the surface. Matthews came up with a very good innings. Just having a look at their bowlers and using their pace. Powerplay I score nicely and get the game ahead. Just bowling good areas will make it tricky."
