2:33pm An innings of two halves really, with the second half only being salvaged right at the end by Stubbs. 23 came off the 20th and that has allowed SEC to get up to 148, which may not seem daunting but gives them and their strong bowling attack something to work with. Prior to Stubbs, it was Jordan Hermann who did all of the heavy lifting. He timed the ball beautifully and seemed to be batting on a different surface altogether, which should give SEC hope that they can still turn this around.
As for the Royals, their spinners were brilliant, led by their captain Fortuin. Mujeeb was tidy as always and Owen, up until the 20th, had done a stellar job too, alongside Malinga, who in contrast, thrived at the death. The Royals might not baulk at this target, but will enter the break knowing they could have and probably should have been chasing much lesser. Join us in a bit for the chase!
C Overton run out 0 (1m 1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0
Overton out to face what should be the last ball
T Stubbs c Phehlukwayo b Owen 43 (30m 27b 1x4 3x6) SR: 159.25
150 very much within reach now
Was it the right decision to bowl Owen, with Ngidi having overs left?
It feels like a library at St George's Park. Can Stubbs get the crowd on their feet and SEC up to 140? Owen to bowl the last over

Just 16 runs off the last four overs, including the wicket of Markram. Can SEC click into gear now?

Malinga to bowl the 17th
The Royals have turned the screw in the past few overs and have hauled that run-rate back. SEC still have two very capable batters in the middle, though, with Dawson and Overton, both of whom can give it a whack, also in the shed
