It's a sorry-looking batting card; Bedingham top-scored with 45 and then down the order Simelane added 21 off 22 balls but there was nothing else to speak of. The batters didn't look comfortable and struggled to get going. Rabada got two, Bosch snapped up four and Boult, Rashid, and Brevis picked up one wicket apiece. Linde, even though he couldn't get a wicket, was supremely accurate with his canny left-arm spin. It's a seriously potent bowling attack that covers all bases and they were all on top of their game--giving nothing away, stringing up dots, nailing yorkers, slower ones and the field placement was superb. Well done on the tactical front. It's a straightforward chase unless they do something way too silly. I'll be back shortly

If MI win with a bonus point it confirms PR v MI in Qualifier one next week

Tom Daley: "Weird how there have been three different batting meltdowns in franchise T20 leagues today: one from Dhaka Capitals, one from Gulf Giants, and this one from SEC."

Bosch to Simelane, 1 run, OUT, Chance for a run-out; Bosch gets behind the stumps and caught the ball, zingers are off as Simelane puts in a desperate lunge to slid his bat in but can't make his ground. Let's unpack this from the beginning.
Around the wicket, attempted yorker ends up as a low full-toss on legs, chipped in the air towards deep midwicket, Simelane wanted a second and when he tried to get back, he was a touch too late, throw was spot-on!

Bosch to Simelane, no run, Around the wicket, steps leg-side and he follows him with a low full-toss, pushed to long-on. Can he get a fifer? Can I get a hooyean?

Bosch to Overton, OUT, Too hot, spicy, and tacky! Hard-ish length and curling back through the gate, he backs away and was looking to perhaps run it down to third and ends up chopping it back onto the stumps. Bosch couldn't have asked for a better finish to his over. Overton was surprised by the pace and looked flabbergasted

Bosch to Harmer, OUT, Harmer bites the dust! Over the wicket, nails the yorker right into the blockhole and he has no time to react and jam his bat down to shield his stumps, ruffled and ends up making a mess of his stumps, hits the toe and deflects to his stumps, that was a really good yorker, think it's a more effective option and less risky one as compared to a wide one where you have the option to steer but this was deadly accurate
