Here's an interesting stat from Shubham Agarwal: Most overs of spin bowled by DSG in an innings:

12 - vs JSK, 2025

11 - vs JSK, 2023

11 - vs SEC, Today

All of these matches were at Kingsmead, Durban

7:05pm SEC will be happy with their batting innings. They never really clicked into over-drive but that was down to the sluggish nature of the surface and Noor's genius. For the visitors, Abell was their star, anchoring the innings and keeping things ticking. Jansen and Crawley did their bits too, with Stubbs' maximum in the last over taking them past 160.

Back to Noor now. During the middle overs, he was pretty much unplayable, bamboozling the batters. He finished with four and was a major reason in SEC not getting more. The rest of their bowlers, though, were guilty of bowling loose balls, which were punished by the visiting side. A 166-run chase, at Durban, is never the trickiest and DSG will have to be at their batting best to get this done. Join us in a bit for the chase!

Noor Ahmad: Feeling grateful and amazing. Just tried to bowl wicket-to-wicket. (On convincing the captain to review Markram's lbw) I was bowling from a wider angle, so I was sure that even if it turned a lot, it would hit the stumps. (On the pitch) The pitch was good, there was support for the spinners and that is how we got the advantage. (On the chase) I think we have a good batting line-up. We need a good start and hopefully, we will chase (the score).

1
Naveen-ul-Haq to Jansen, 1 run, slower ball on a length outside off. Jansen brings his wrists into play and tugs it towards deep mid wicket. Just a single to end the innings!
19.5
1
Naveen-ul-Haq to Stubbs, 1 run, slower bouncer outside off that takes six business days to arrive. Stubbs has a swipe at it and somehow toe-ends it towards short third

Matt: "Serious conversations need to be had about what a player Jansen is turning into. All the potential in the world be become a top, top all rounder in multiple formats."

Naveen-ul-Haq to Stubbs, SIX, pick the bones out of this one! Off-pace but the problem here is that this lands in the slot. Stubbs reads it like the morning daily and whacks it out of sight over wide long on!
19.3
1
Naveen-ul-Haq to Jansen, 1 run, length ball hung up outside off. Jansen tries to hit it too hard and shanks it to the right of the pitch. Retrieved by Naveen and just a single
19.2
1
Naveen-ul-Haq to Stubbs, 1 run, slower bumper outside off. Stubbs fetches it and hacks it to deep mid wicket
19.1
2
Naveen-ul-Haq to Stubbs, 2 runs, leg-cutter on a shortish length outside off. Stubbs hangs deep in his crease and hoicks it to long on's right for a couple of runs

Woakes to Jansen, FOUR, crrrrrrrunnnnnnnncccchhhhhh! Another slower ball on a back of a length outside off and Jansen telegraphs it. Waits for it, stands up on his toes and blazes it over extra cover!
18.5
2
Woakes to Jansen, 2 runs, off-pace and into the track outside off. Comes off very slow and Jansen drags it towards deep mid wicket. Stubbs was always intent on two and Jansen reciprocates, sauntering back
18.4
1
Woakes to Stubbs, 1 run, dug into the track outside off. Stubbs winds up and heaves it towards deep mid wicket
18.3
1
Woakes to Jansen, 1 run, angled into the stumps. Jansen stands tall and flicks it down the ground to long on

de Kock does not look very comfortable but he will solider on for now

The physio is checking on de Kock. The wind is quite gusty too, which made the catch much more difficult, although de Kock, with his quality, will be disappointed at having grassed it

18.2
1
Woakes to Stubbs, 1 run, oh dear - de Kock makes a mess of it! Back of a length just outside off. Stubbs swings for the hills and loses shape. The ball spoons up off the top edge and de Kock tries to get under it. The wind, though, means the ball keeps swirling until the last minute and in the end, de Kock, lunging forward, cannot even get gloves to it. Holds his back the moment he gets up and that is not a good sign for DSG!
18.1
2
Woakes to Stubbs, 2 runs, off-pace on a full length outside off. Stubbs walks across and bunts it with just enough pace. Holds up outside the ring in the mid wicket region and both batters hurtle back for two

Right. Two overs left. Anything above 160 will not be an easy chase, despite the firepower DSG have. Woakes to bowl the 19th

Noor Ahmad to Stubbs, 1 run, a direct hit and Stubbs was done! Googly on a full length on off. Stubbs closes his bat face early and gets a leading edge towards backward point. Jansen calls him through and Stubbs was well short had Williamson hit the stumps at the bowler's end

Stubbs walks in

Noor Ahmad to Abell, OUT, straight up, and de Kock holds on, eventually! Another googly, given plenty of air on a fullish length just outside off. Abell has a huge swipe across the line and gets a fat top edge. de Kock seems to call early but Naveen also chases the high ball, coming in from short fine leg. de Kock catches it and luckily for both parties, also avoids the collision. Both de Kock and Naveen get up sporting smiles but that could have been much worse!

Noor Ahmad to Jansen, 1 run, googly on a back of a length outside off. Jansen has a big swish at it and slices it on the bounce to backward point
17.3

Noor Ahmad to Jansen, FOUR, four more! SEC building some momentum now! A bit on the shorter side again, wide outside off. Jansen sits back in his crease and slams it over the bowler's head!

Noor Ahmad to Abell, 1 run, short and wide outside off. Abell fetches it and drags it towards deep mid wicket

Noor Ahmad to Abell, FOUR, excellent batting! Slanted across the batter outside off. Abell unfurls the reverse and smashes it between backward point and short third!

Maharaj to Jansen, no run, looped up generously on a full length outside leg. Spins significantly and Jansen gets squared up. Defends it in the end
16.5
1
Maharaj to Abell, 1 run, back of a length on off. Abell gives himself room and chops it towards backward point. Sets off for a tight single, which might have been further detrimental had Noor gathered cleanly

Maharaj to Jansen, 1 run, shortish outside off. Jansen goes back and works it towards deep mid wicket

Maharaj to Jansen, no run, even slower, on a full length on middle and leg. Jansen is happy to play it back to the bowler gently
