Both innings were quite similar, as things started to get awry at the halfway mark. Seattle Orcas lost their grip after losing set batters Rickleton and Jayasuriya, and from there, everyone struggled to get going. Short, Plunkett, and Anderson were all fantastic and didn't give any pace to work with. They knew the conditions and stuck to their guns on a tricky surface where it wasn't easy to score with conventional methods.
That said, it was one-way traffic when Jayasuriya was hammering bowlers all over the park, but once he got out, it was like a boulder rolling down a mountain. The bowlers did a spectacular job to stymie the run flow. Hammad Azam couldn't tee off, and the captain departed early too. The Orcas are languishing at the bottom while the Unicorns jump to the third spot after this crucial victory
